It was modified more and went from street legal to not street legal. Ran a slower speed in the same run way as the Agera rs and the ssc was behind. Then the car managed to go faster and it 295 beating it’s previous record
Tuatara should be more fastest and higher top speed than Chiron SS if the road is enough longer
Chiron SS and Tautara 290-295 mph acceleration is similar
So SSC Tautara has top speed around 310 mph
Chiron SS 315 mph
If they had longer roads like closed Nevada Highway of 11.5 miles distance
Both cars will reach that speed

Bear in mind that the super sport 300+ was going about 70% throttle and was about the about same speed as the absolut. If the super sport was going 100% throttle, it would be faster than the absolut. The car is unpredictable at times. It's a shame that it was not tested for a 0-400-0 run cause it would beat the absolut. Looked what happened on the shmee video of the super sport vs the regera. Even with a terrible launch, the super sport won vs the regera. The absolut is not even 1 second quicker than the regera. Assuming the super sport had a great launch. It would have no problem beating these cars. Also with koenigsegg kids saying that the absolut will reach over 510km/h, it wont. It was struggling to get to 400 and was on 9th gear about 410kmh. Even if the absolut did reach over 500 it will be very slow to reach that. Bugatti did it over 3 years ago, why can't they?
