With that last point, what does that mean then for theme pages if we can't repost content? Does that mean recently popular pages will lose their reach eventually?
And I also I heard that Instagram came out said that shadow banning doesn't exist...(grain of salt but idk)

Means that these pages will have to learn how to create their own content or change the content they repost in a material way so its deemed original. As for Shadowban, Instagram did say that but its very corporate talk, they do limit reach of people who do certain things but they tend to avoid using the word 'shadowban'

The two commentors above have it spot on, post in their time zone, post content that is relevant to them, engage with that community on pages they follow. Also worth making sure your spelling, grammar and slang is in line with that country, US people are less likely to follow content that has bad grammar & spelling
