Yehi formula hota hai condensor ki value nikalne ka.

It is confusing that capacitor of 1 mfd provide 70 volt and capacitor of 425 will provide 12 volt whereas resistance will decrease in 425 mfd capacitor. And if resistance decreases voltage will increase. PL. explain.
