You are really anointed David, everything that you are saying Is everything that happened before I went back to the habit of smoking. I feel like you are talking straight to me. I really need deliverance I'm tired of living in sin, I want to live in eternal glory of God.

Combine that with what the Lord is saying to you DAILY in His word as you determine to seek and pursue His Kingdom in your Life. You have no-doubt have supernatural gifts that the devil does not want you to use against the darkness (lies) in this world. Your victory is not found in quitting smoking more than it is in staying focused and pursuing who you are in Christ and His mission for you to help others (preach the Gospel and make disciples). Someone commented earlier that it is a process.... A righteous man falls 7 times... but keeps getting up (Prov 24:16). Don't let your failures or any guilt from the devil stop you from continuing to fight for what Yeshua paid with His blood to give you! It wasn't cigarettes for me but the battle is still as fierce. You can overcome!
The key about seeing the truth about your identity is so powerful! When we sin it’s so easy to fall into a cycle of guilt and shame and feel like you can’t get back to God or maybe he’s tired of forgiving you. Remembering who we are and moving forward is such a gift!
Knowing my identity in Christ, that I am in right standing with God, washed by the precious blood of Jesus, clothed with His righteousness. Amazing Grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. He truly is the Good Shepherd, leaving the 99 that not one sheep should be lost. Amen!

The introduction of the sermon when you said that "temptation is not an event but a process", that was the most powerful for me. Getting around things and ignoring the process of strengthening the flesh. Key number 1 of John 8:32, that if there is bondage, there is a truth that we are yet to know.
“Temptation is not an event, it is a process”. Powerful revelation. We often times ignore the small actions forgetting that hours are made up of minutes. It is indeed only when we agree with God that we are at peace. Thank you David. Your teachings are truthful.

Keys 2 and 6 go hand in hand. Seeking God's presence for strength and devoting time for worship have helped me to resist sudden urges in the moment to fall back into sinful habits. It doesn't have to be for a long time, sometimes just a brief moment of stillness and praise to the Lord is enough
Do not leave room for planning future sins..cut it off forever..this is key. Living in sin is a pattern, even if it's every other week. If you plan to sin , and you've done it before you're living in sin. Great word David.

I am so impressed with the teachings of David. I lived much of life in deep sin and a slave to the flesh. What really helps me to keep going is reading that it's the enemy that condemns me with guilt and shame, but it's God that convicts.. and conviction can lead to repentance and change because God gave me power and authority to overcome with the power of the Holy Spirit inside me.. so I submit by choosing God, and resisting the enemy. It gets easier but it's also harder because it takes more effort to go to God and pray sometimes and spend that time than to just commit sin that is quick but leads to death.
"Lord, I agree with You. This thing that I am doing. Even if in my mind I've convinced myself that it's a little thing. This thing that I am doing is wrong. And I agree with You Lord, this behaviour needs to be removed from my life completely. There must not remain even a trace of that behavior."

Your old clips are nice and I love to see how the holy spirit gives you boldness overtime in order to preach the same topic but in a different manner. This is one of my favourite topic from your teachings and I thank the holy spirit for sending such a great evangelist to explain the topic well, inorder to deliver me from my sins.

Thank you for this. I have a haircut fetish problem, where if I see someone with short hair or if I have to go and cut my own hair, it sexually arouses me. I try to fight it and am really struggling, but I have begun to say that I take every thought captive and place it on the cross and that I crucify my flesh. Its a daily struggle and I need to avoid those kind of images on the internet.
It is frustrating when we keep identifying and reminding of our sins. But your teaching helped me to overcome this frustration. We identify who we are in Christ who has already forgiven us and set us free indeed. We just have to repent our sins, agree with the Lord and break off by the blood of Jesus. We need to break off our sin habits.
The Lord descended in flesh conforming to our weaknesses to strengthen them in his perfection (2 Corinthians 12:9). He took all our struggles to the Cross and crucified them (2 Corinthians 5:21). Then the son of God ascended in Glory that we might ascend pass the grave that was filled with guilt, shame, and condemnation in his Glory🔥❤(Colossians 3:3). Subject the flesh to the Cross and you will blameless in sight of God🔥🔥(Romans 6:7). Love you Pastor David❤🕊

The key I found MOST liberating when it comes to overcoming sin and temptation is CONSISTENCY IN READING AND HEARING THE WORD OF GOD (Psalm 119:11)

This is one of my favourite topic from your teachings and I thank the holy spirit for sending such a great evangelist to explain the topic well, inorder to deliver me from my sins.

Thank you for this. I have a haircut fetish problem, where if I see someone with short hair or if I have to go and cut my own hair, it sexually arouses me. I try to fight it and am really struggling, but I have begun to say that I take every thought captive and place it on the cross and that I crucify my flesh. Its a daily struggle and I need to avoid those kind of images on the internet.
It is frustrating when we keep identifying and reminding of our sins. But your teaching helped me to overcome this frustration. We identify who we are in Christ who has already forgiven us and set us free indeed. We just have to repent our sins, agree with the Lord and break off by the blood of Jesus. We need to break off our sin habits.
Seeking God's presence and keeping in the word

The Lord descended in flesh conforming to our weaknesses to strengthen them in his perfection (2 Corinthians 12:9).
He took all our struggles to the Cross and crucified them (2 Corinthians 5:21). Then the son of God ascended in Glory that we might ascend pass the grave that was filled with guilt, shame, and condemnation in his Glory🔥❤(Colossians 3:3).
