My biggest concern with webinars is that with the attention pan these days, they won't watch an hour long webinar but they might watch a 5-10minute vsl and convert. Thoughts?
Hey Yasir, great point about attention span and in a lot of cases you would be right. But with a Just In Time webinar people are committing to spending that time with you and with the environment that a webinar creates we find it a lot better at holding attention, rather than a sales video that doesn't provide as much value and is a video they can pause or leave open in a tab. Overall even if the retention rate wasn't as good on a webinar, the show up rate is miles better and so it more often than not will still end up a better option because more people will actually watch it in the first place :)
Great video. I've been watching a few of your videos on JIT webinars and am going to give it a try. Question though: if registrants know that a webinar is available every 15 mins, doesn't that negate the "webinar environment" where people normally pay attention? (I know I do because I know there won't be a replay) Would people just think "I'll catch the next 15 min presentation"? Thanks again.
Hey Victor, great question! So when doing a JIT webinar, the registrant doens't know that it's happeneing every 15 minutes, it's just says it's starting in 15 minutes from when they register :) It does mean that less people are on it, but it outweighs doing live webinars becuase you can run far more of them and so actually ends up having better ROI :)
Yeah, a webinar!! haha, if it a free lead magnet then it doesn't need to be personal, just a webinar focused on the most likely/most common problems and your solution :)
@@JonPenberthy Hey Jon I REALLY wanted to opted in to your 2 days zoom meeting for $7 for webinars. BUT, there’s NO way I can do the 7am meet up time. That is just way too early. Is there ANY way you can try to make these meetings a little bit later here for Los Angeles time? Basically you’re doing 10am EST and that’s 7am my time, would you want to do a 7am zoom meeting? LOL
Ngalinda has hit the nail on the head there! If you don't have an established audience running YouYube ads is a great idea because you can pay to find that audience 🙂
@@JonPenberthy I did jon and it just doesn't convert I mean there are some people who don't have audience but they promote their online courses on Facebook I just want to know how they're doing that? If you know what they're doing it's really helpful for me as well as others!
I understand Heel! If the traffic doesn't convert then you need to find out where the bottle neck is! Are you showing your ads to the right people, or is the funnel you're using not converting in which case it's not the RUclips Ads which are the problem. I actually have a video coming out on Tuesday all about understanding your RUclips numbers and how to find that bottleneck! What funnel are you using? Where are you sending them from the RUclips Ad?

Hey Alah2551, I completely understand but sadly I have to choose the times based on what works best for me and my family along with when my team is free to be able to support the call. I'm really sorry that the timings aren't working out for you and maybe one day i'll try another time but at the moment that's not possible for me. If you can make it soon it will be great to have you on! :) But also on that note, when starting my business I was going to meetings and webinars at 2am, 3 am, 4am because I wanted to do anything to get the right knowledge to get it going, so in answer to your question, yes i would 100% do a 7am zoom meeting if it's going to give me what I need to achieve my goals :)
@@JonPenberthy ya I totally understand. Ok ya being on the west coast it’s just hard to be available at that time. And yes I TOTALLY agree, that if something was going to help change your life etc then it would be worth doing whatever it takes to make the zoom meeting. However I don’t know if your program is going to work, is good, etc. not saying it’s not. But not knowing theses things, it’s hard to make that commitment. But I’ll definitely try, I do like your content Question, what’s after the zoom? Is their a course you offer on how to completely do the webinar or do you cover everything we need in the two day zoom presentation? Or is there coaching afterwards?
What are your thoughts on telling people the price of the beginning of the webinar?
Thanks for making this never stop!
no problem Joseph, I don't plan on stopping!

what is the ideal minutes waiting for Just In Time?
We have it run every 15 minutes 😀
Hey jon make a video on how to sell online course without an audience!!
Thank you!!!
You don’t need an audience? You can do what he says by just running an ad on a RUclips account targeting the world aka people who don’t know you exist
