Ohhhh my LORD what a godsend!! I have never wanted to train Farming, as it always seemed like such a huge, involved task that I just couldn't begin to understand. Got to 27 just from quests :P thank you SO MUCH for this guide!! Your content never fails to deliver.
Not going to lie I have a maxed zerker I'm grinding 2k total on now getting close. And I still watch your videos, definitely a good quality video maker. Keep it my my dude 🤘
Not bad, you forgot the bum route though. Hop to house party world, and just use their portals and jewelry box, even more $$ saved. Tithe farming is free exp to train with between runs. Also a close spot to mini game teleport to the Kurend patch.
As you say at the end, there are more patches, more teleportation methods, etc. There’s also some slightly outdated info, but not much. But one thing you didn’t mention is the instant improvement of 50% Hosidius favor.
It should be pointed out that you HAVE to equip the Magic secateurs in order for their yield-boosting effect to take place. It's not enough to simply have them in the inventory, they MUST be wielded.
I suggest if you make an update to this guide moving forward flipping, that you include the constrution method with your main 99 farm guide, as a dual construction/early farming method is great for new accounts. Construction is always going to be pricey, so why not both?
good video dude! Do more videos like this. like slayer begginers guide. like what master he should use first and what gear. Good content!!! 🦍 = never die
This is a good guide. I'm really confused with farming. Good thing I did Fairy Tale 1 and a sub quest of Recipe for Disaster. I have lvl 20 Farming without farming at all hahaha.
adding hop runs to your herb run are so good honestly better than herb runs, rannars are not good for begginers they tend to what the overhead stick to toadflax till you can do avantoes then just do avantoes they are the best gp till high levels and you get patches that dont die.
It would be grate if you made a guide like this for every patch. as I remember when I stated to learn farming 2 years ago all the guides just provided the rates of getting Xp and what was best but they all excluded the actual 101 on the farming skills. ( no showing you have to plant stuff) in compassion all the other skills guide that would normally tell you where and what to kill or craft or do in general. Love your video's even though you Ruin my money makers now and then.
Big disclaimer: You do not need to do Fairytale Part 1 at all. I am a 1 defense pure that makes a lot of money and gets good xp from herb runs with these quests. It isn't even necessary to get the prayer quests done if you don't want, you can still make profit and train farming. Don't be discouraged, farming is hard to learn, but once you get it, it is super easy and relaxing
I tried this guide but I'm barely making any money with ranarr. I'm only making like 35k profit every herb run if I include the cost of ultracompost, teleports, etc..
Literally buy a seed for 5k and sell each herb for 15k profit. Get 5-10 herbs per patch (x5). Do this every 90 minutes. You do the math folks....easy peasy money brahs.
Tree runs cheap way? Trees are a money sink.. fruit trees are way better. I'm LVL 96 farming and only do maples if they are on contract.. don't do trees ..
u wana know your flaw man... u wana know why this vid *SUCCCKSSSSSS* just like all the farming tutorials... because you cant do lost city cause you need 26 fletching ,,,, and you can go here cause you need 15 agility and you can do that cause you need these 6 quests.... bro just show me how to plant the god damn seeeddddsss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Little update for anyone playing in 2023, the hosidius patch is now north of the house portal

Same man, just sat at 27 for a long time. In real time, a few years at least. Just seemed too much to grasp at first.
Can you do a follow up guide with the extra unlocked patches?
I caught that Maplestory music starting at 7:08, nice! I play the soundtrack from time to time, so I recognized it. Great song choice, too.
As a new player, this one was the only clear guide that I found! Loved the video!
Just put watermelons in the compost bins and use volcanic ash on them and make ultra compost. Money maker there too.
Not going to lie I have a maxed zerker I'm grinding 2k total on now getting close. And I still watch your videos, definitely a good quality video maker. Keep it my my dude 🤘
Wow thanks man. I had damn nears 40 farming without touching a patch lmao. Glad this was posted!
Once you get 100% Hosidius favour, you can just use the Tithe farm minigame teleport and run south for the Zeah patch.
Thank you so much for this. This skill was the only skill I was very hesitant at about starting it but this made it very convenient, cheers mate.
You have a very nice voice and you seem to take a lot of care in removing annoying background noise. I really appreciate that.
????

Been waiting for a guide like this for VERY long time, since back in my RS3 days.Thank you!!!
And love the vids btw!!!
Thanks a lot :)

As a new player, the first 7 minutes of this video took me fucking 13 hours.
I was thinking this sounds kinda hard lmao
the kourend patch is straight north of the house portal now
Thanks
thanks dude
Right click on the home teletab, and you have the option to teleport outside your house, saving some time and a loading screen.
It should be pointed out that you HAVE to equip the Magic secateurs in order for their yield-boosting effect to take place. It's not enough to simply have them in the inventory, they MUST be wielded.
For anyone watching this in 2023, this is no longer the case. The effect works if you have them in your inventory now too
@@NUCCubus thank you

Wow, that old farming location in Zeah was a blast from the past.
just moved my house to hosideus to find out the patch isnt there anymore..lol

good guide! did u know u pick herbs twice the speed when you spamklick the herb 5 times and then leave it.
Found this by accident about a month ago and it really speeds up the herb runs

i already know all this but ill upvote and watch at low volume so the algorithm favors you
Solid video my guy

You can also set ur house at Rimmington, hop to w330 and use somebody's house for the xeric teleport.
Or relocate your house to hosidius then run slightly north
hosidius patch has been moved to the north of house teleport
Thanks dude im dumb as a box of rocks and this vid really helped me
Thisssss guide is the besssttttt!!!!!!!!!!
Lowkey tranna lower the cost of prayer pots
You’re the goat.
i LOVE when u use maplestory music
Holy crap, thank you for telling us about the trees and bushes in a POH. So much faster to 32 than tree runs
Thanks a ton!
Which one is the Zeah patch?? Great guide btw!
Protip: spam click the herbs to retrieve them about 2x as fast!
Very helpful ty!
I do herb runs to fund my tree and fruit tree runs just because the farm XP is crazy on tree runs
Love the guides should do one with a ironman
How many times a day can I do a run ?
Is that Temple of Time i hear in the background?
10:18 wtf is that I’m sooo glad the re did Hosidius cuz that looks horrible
what plugin is that farming icon u get top middle?
Do you pay a farmer to watch the herbs so they don't die, or is the ultracompost enough?
Ultra should be good enough
They don't look after herb patches. Compost is all you got in terms of disease prevention :)
I tried this guide but I'm barely making any money with ranarr. I'm only making like 35k profit every herb run if I include the cost of ultracompost, teleports, etc..
Herb runs are shite now. Little over a year ago i would make 120k per run (5 patches) with toadflax. Only 60k now.
YouDon'tGet ToDisplayMyName damn :/ i seem to have a knack for missing the gravy train
Not worth doing at all anymore now that bots have destroyed the margins. You might actually lose money in fact.
good guide
if you want even cheaper farming xp fruit trees allow for the cheapest farming xp until palms
Make a guide on growing corn next pls
how do u bank the herbs...
This is easy and good money.
How much you can late with pick herbs??
why did it take 3 months to make this guide?
Because 6 quests are hard to complete :)
Make a video dedicated to prayer pots to destroy their value
Wow! Ruined my money maker... thanks a lot 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Hahahah stole my comment
Ikr, i thought I was the only person who knew
about farm runs

@@jefftparker whooosh
0:14 rip allotment patch (idk what the plant name is lol)
why use compost on trees
Does putting the compost before the seed in a farming patch have any affect at all on yields or death rates? I just noticed you and others doing that
No, you can put compost before or after seed, I would even recommend after because it could grow weeds if ya do it late, wasting a compost
How much did it cost to get 32 farming doing the bagged nice tree
The ranar weed
I love you
Tree runs cheap way? Trees are a money sink.. fruit trees are way better. I'm LVL 96 farming and only do maples if they are on contract.. don't do trees ..
@arch btw ya but the exp you get isn't worth the time doing them you leftist pea brain fuck.
