20多年前年我们买了附近大牌25的四房，等了很多年的SERS都不成功， 幸好没有继续等下去，否则又是一场空。（地铁站距离被拆的组屋，还有1~2公里的距离。）
They were given 6 years notice in advance. I guess that should be enough to plan anything and thus this is not a sudden decision.
