On the real. I think Adam is authentic & comes across as that but Dame seems like one giant “front” for absolutely no reason at all. Plus Adam speaks into the microphone where as Dame and everyone doesn’t speak into the mic and is hard to hear, one would think that one would realize to at least speak into microphone if one is trying to be “professional”. Also refraining from using curse words, especially when trying to get access to a wider audience. It seems Adam comprehends this and rarely uses “curse” or harsh words where as Dame has zero filter. And the crazy part is that it seems that Dame thinks it’s “cool” and appealing to to act the way that he’s acting.

huh? is it because he asks thoughtful and substantial questions? None of his questions were dumbed down rehearse the PR answer questions that everyone gives. Who cares about those fake answers. They were all questions about "who" the interviewee was, "what" the interviewee does that we don't see, and "how" is business doing, past, present, and future. Its only awkward if you're unfamiliar with interviewers who "press" their guests. Dame wasn't even pressing that much. Adam wasn't even uncomfortable at all, he welcomed the questions and did his best to give real answers. Dame was genuinely curious and looks to want to work with Adam as a partner.
