Can you make com-dex's line shorter or provide length options to let we choose? And make the com-dex smaller and smoother? It is a bit ugly and coarse.
As someone who's being waiting for something like this for years and is very picky about what stands out as a hearing aid and what blends in with normal everyday life I think it's excellent the way it is including the loop size I wear it under the tee shirt and nobody has any issue hearing me. Nylon rope with cable hidden inside looks like any cheap necklace when wearing it and does not stand out. The shape is to accommodate the battery the buttons are practical and distinctive. I would say don't change a thing. Maybe a volume up and down recessed indent would be handy recessed because I wouldn't want it to be getting pressed when wearing a seatbelt. One thing though that is important. Everytime the comdex is used it reverts the hearing aids setting back to the default profile and volume. Can this be changed as once a call ends your going to still be in the same environment after you end the call. Also sometimes when it activates everything becomes much louder and you can hear all your surroundings a button appears for a split second saying surroundings before fading out and the sound resets back? Is this a bug or some sort of override where the option turns itself off and dissapears from the UI
You can't connect it to a MacBook either. I bought it for nothing. They act like pairing this thing to a cell phone is a big deal instead of almost decade old technology. Most don't even need this unit to pair with an iPhone or iPod. I got it so I could use it with my laptop while working as my headset prevents me from comfortably wearing my hearing aids. I do not listen to music, etc. through a phone. I am either on my computer at work, or sometimes watching videos on RUclips on my MacBook Air. This device literally connects to nothing I need it to and about everything that I don't need it to. Useless for me. I'm giving it back to my Doctor so she can pass it on to someone who needs one but can't afford it. I should not need ANY device to connect my hearing aids to a MacBook Air. When you pay over $6000 for a pair hearing aids you expect them to pair with any common laptop on the market today and more. I could have gotten hearing aids to suit my needs for $300. I was a fool to believe Widex actually offered something extra that was worth the $6000+ I paid for them. I was a fool. There is one of us born every minute. Thankfully, I have turned at least half a dozen people I go to church with away from Widex before they wasted their money or insurance on them.
Hi I am a new user of witics products I am trying the witics powder hearing aid which works for me and man it's a vast improvement also whoever didn't want their comdex device thank you it works for me as well as it is an improvement LOL I cannot use most pair devices with a cell phone since they tend to buzz or make some sort of annoying noise and then you can't hear the phone call or use them with hearing aids so I chose to ask my specialist if this would be an idea for me I'm somehow she managed to find one thank you!
I have a question. Is the cable of comdex very extremely sensitive and the most minimum neglect broke it? Or i just need to have careful?

We constantly improve our products. Thank you very much for your input. Kr Kristine at Widex HQ
