To make it on the cheap, just use a fence panel. They're made of cedar and only costs a few bucks at your local home improvement store, even with these crazy inflation prices on lumber.
The bear bottle head I used is extremely heavy duty which is awesome. You can really use any type of bottle opener you'd like though.
Measurements
Total wood piece: 18 1/4"
Cut off 3" H from the bottom (base)
Cut off 2" H more (face piece)
Cut off a final 2" H section (2 side pieces)
Cut the last 2" section into 2 pieces about 2 3/8" W
