I think most conventional investors think of all crypto (BTC ETH ETC) as some new hype. I think it should be considered in a different manner. All trade becomes more digital, with the inevitable result that those digital trades need more digital means of currency. Bitcoin is the inevitable store of value in this regard, but ETH becomes the trade platform replacing or augmenting all smart contract exchanges like stocks, bonds, alternate trade contracts. Add those transaction volumes to the existing ETH transactions and the price of ETH will explode.
Paul, you read Donald Trump’s wallet wrong. His number one holding is Trump coin, the WETH, Kevin coin… etc. The left column is the network it is on. You can’t own base.
Look at that chart again. He has Trump coin on Ethereum. He is not holding very much Ethereum. It is just on the Ethereum network. Paul read that report wrong.

Because it runs literally 99% of Defi and the crypto ecosystem, it’s by far the most important token in regards to cryptos future. Eth gas is peanuts as compared to sending BTC. Every network relies on ETH in one way or another.
