Based on the language of the piece of paper they are reading from, there are no recognizing parties stated. I don't see any official signatures from any person with authority. It is basically a piece of fancy paper stating a Hmonglike constitution. Am I the only here with questions?

Wow, a flag is given to Hmong people, have a declaration to life and set a holiday on the wrong date (13). Outstanding, but out of this world. What it really mean getting a flag from someone else and declaring rights without independence. However, still being subject to their law? A flag without wisdom of its use is the same as a man with no eyes to see, no ears to hear and no brain to think. We, Hmong learn without thought, effort is lost and thought without learned which make us do the unthinkable. We are making a fool of ourselves without knowing that we are the laughing star. Even a young child can see the wrong in us and what has done is no road to freedom. One flag may use locally or nationally, but not internationally and globally. Each regions, states, or countries has its own to represent who they are and what they are. Please do not proclaim your flag will cover Hmong all over the world. "He who knows does not do, he who do does not know". Please do not do if you do not know. A national flag without land means nothing, but land with national flag means everything.
