Great video Thom!!! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Chris! Any good business books that you’ve read that have had any impact on your teaching?
@@gibsonedu check out "Give and Take" by Adam Grant and "Leaders Eat Last" by Simon Sinek. The RUclips videos about them are also worth a watch
Thom, I am a new subscriber and an aspiring teacher. I am delighted to find a male teacher that I can relate to because of the Spanish Language.
Gracias! Y que tengas buen dia.
Gracias Efrain! Igualmente!
Awesome, my friend! It's good to know that people like you really care about our children education!
Thanks Gabriel!
@@gibsonedu Try "Brilliant Parents, Fascinating Teachers" by Augusto Cury!
Would starbucks mode work as a sub i have a feeling it wouldn't since i'm a sub and barely know the students.
I'm not sure I'd try Starbucks mode as a sub. Too much potential for chaos.
I see that you teach students how to learn. But in my society, education is all about teaching content because the ability to learn can hardly be tested in a single paper exam. And the competition in exams is so harsh that students can afford no other business.
Robotics class is not a helpful example. Of course it's project based.
The math video example... Lots of work to prepare, little learning about math.
Sorry this video wasn't helpful.
