Lots of buzz words making the video seem/sound good --- but why not show the truth, nurses sitting on their butts and on their cell phones instead of doing their jobs?
That's exactly the opposite of what Magnet represents. Very few hospital meet Magnet requirements. You are correct, there are a lot of employees that "phone it in"...but This is discussing Magnet (it's like a Michelin Star for hospitals).
