The flooded car park was in Stockport at New Year when we had a biblical amount of heavy rain that didn’t stop for hours. I live there (Stockport, not those flats).

Seriously tho, I was just trying to be clear that I live in the same town, rather than the specific flats. Wish i could post pics on here - I took one of the bypass round the corner from me. People had to abandon their cars and a couple of hours later, all you could see was the car roofs. It was sooooo bad 🫣

Haven't finished watching yet but the man commenting on the true meaning of being British ( German car, Swedish sofa, Japanese tv etc) and suspicious of foreign is a perfect summary especially currently, i know not everyone thinks the same- before anyone comes at me, but I think it was well summed up.

That young lady is not a police Officer she is a community support officer by her uniform ,love watching your videos and your experience of The UK .
The "18 year old" was a PCSO, not a Police Officer.... as a former officer myself.
Essentially a civilian in uniform with no powers of arrest (in that force anyway - other forces permit them to use S3 CLA 1967 amongst others).
It even says "Police Staff" on the uniform.
Watching these I am so proud to be British.....

There is some sort of crisis with young boys in the UK right now. Literally barely into puberty and thug like behaviour. We are constantly seeing police 'dispersal orders' in the towns around us. Aimed at the children/teens. Something has gone really wrong somewhere.

The young officer (both officers) arn't Police Officers both are PCSO, PCSO don't have police arrest powers or equipment either, really just one up from a Traffic warden.
They actually do.... "Citizen's Arrest" powers still exist, i.e "Section 3 Criminal Law Act 1967".... however it's the forces that demand they do not use them, because it has legal implications and can sometimes result in "Assault" claims by the "detained" or "Arrested" party when done by a PCSO, since the power only exists in limited circumstances, whereas under Section 24 of PACE a constable "May arrest without warrant", and there's a more broad spectrum that follows.
Citizen's Arrest powers come from Section 24A of PACE.
Police Constable arrest powers come from Section 24 of PACE.
I was an officer in the same force for 10 years until fairly recently.
@the335guy Police can arrest on Suspition, meaning they think you are or did commit an offence, where as citizen's powers only work if they see the offence being commited, not that they think you are going to commit an offence, e.g Man in front of shop with a brick in his hand, now police can arrest on Suspition that he may commit criminal damage, where as a Citizen can only arrest if the man smashes the shop window. S a Citizen can only arrest if they have witnessed the crime.

Half of these memes are staged. Also, those "police officers" weren't real police officers. They were 'police community support officers'. They don't have warrant cards and have no more power of arrest, than an ordinary citizen. They're just eyes and ears really. :)

Most of these clips represent the 'rougher folk' of Britain you can hear this with one of the commentators who uses 'F' ing every other word, personally I hate it, he was a scouser too and most of them appear to use it every other word as though it is quite normal? The comments on this will not be nice I am sure but we all have our choices and mine is not to be around folk who swear at every oppo-Why? No, I am not posh but prefer the way we live without the bad lingo, thank you. One site that infuriates me is the one following a so called British family, this family have made an absolute fortune (probably illegally too) they use money like it is going out of fashion, buy everything in sight, have 3 kids, have even paid off the mortgage for one of the family, all done care of stupid folk (mainly Americans) believing us Brits all live like that! I wish I could name it so you could view it !
