Well this is what I'm gonna say that's a BUCK ton of chilli paste.

This is salça we do say in turkey without this we can not cook warm food
But gochujang isn't that spicy on its own, it's not just pure chili
Actually gochujang is a mixture of beans and korean chilli paste. Though it is spicy it ain't overbearing at all.

랜드로바 떡볶이에 얼른 들어와 봤더니 역시나 예전의 영주 랜떡이네요. 옛날 옛날 떡 하나에 100원 하던 시절부터 먹었었는데.... 중 고등 시절에 매일 먹던 떡볶이를 보니 너무 좋아요. 그리워졌어요❤️❤️

I bought the pepper paste at my local korean store and it is delicious. I dip or spread some on whatever food needs spice. Koreans can really handle spice.🇰🇷

이 떡볶이 진짜 맛있어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 할머니댁이 영주라서 갈 때마다 사 먹는데 깔끔하고 감칠맛 있는 양념에 은은한 매운맛ㅜㅜㅜ 프랜차이즈와는 다른 결의 매운맛 입니다ㅜ 맛있게 먹다보면 어느순간 땀 뻘뻘이무ㅜ 그리고 저 오뎅도 진짜 맛있어요ㅠㅠ 오뎅 원래 안 좋아하는데 랜떡 오뎅은 짱 좋아합니다 흐물하지도 않고 씹는맛이 살아있고 양념도 잘 머금고있어요ㅠ 그리고 양배추...하... 이것도 최고입니다. 저 떡볶이 양배추 네버 입도 안 대는데 와.....이 양배추는 차원이 달라요 분명 익혔는데 아삭아삭거리고 상태 안 좋은 야채맛 1도 안 나요. 떡은 말 할 필요도 없죠......시간이 흘러도 쫄깃함을 유지하는 마성의 가래떡ㅠㅠㅠ 아 먹고싶다ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

시골읍내? 시장안에 있고 다른집은 조용한데 저집은 북적북적합니다
와 대박맛있다는 아니지만 평타이상되는맛이고 가격과 나오는 양 생각하면 모든게 용서됩니다
부산까지 포장해간다고 추가주문하니 좀더 넉넉하게 넣어주신감도 있구요ㅎ
혹시나 가실분은 차도 양측에 합법적 도로주차장 이용하시면 됩니다
주차하고 5분도 안걸려요~

Jacy - hella spicy. i own a tub of that spicy paste and it takes forever for me to finish the whole thing. i’ve made tteokbokki like how they make it and was crying from the first bite. but it all depends on how tolerant your taste buds are to spice.
Not all tteokbokki is spicy. When you buy the pepper paste there is a spicy sweet which u can barely taste the spice atleast for me, and theres a hotter version of it
It depends on your spice tolerance, but for me I don't think gochujang (the hot pepper paste) is spicy at all and I know for sure that most Koreans got high spice tolerance.

Like the white tubes are rice cakes and the red sauce is some kind of spicy sauce, but idk what the things @1:05 (the flat rectangular things), 5:37(the battered black tubes and the things next to it), 8:11(in the bowl, and the things on sticks) are.

Tteokbokki is made from rice cake or wheat cake, hot sauce made with red pepper paste, fish cake and fish cake soup.

@@SoonFilms Thanks! Its interesting to learn of all these kinds of food. Street food isn't really a thing here. I'm gonna see if theres a restuarant near me that serves Tteokbokki, looks very good. How spicy is it though? I've got a pretty low tolerance for 'hot' food.

Tteok-bokki is one of the best winter street foods. Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to find it reliably outside of Korea.

That is not Gochujang. But mixture of lots of spice and other stuff together.

@@cindydamato2690 Basically we use korean chilli powder or Gochujang base to make it. But Gochujang itself has strong taste and is used for other dish. Thats why other spices like starch syrup, condiment should be put all together to make sauce. The sauce in the video is not made of 100% Gochujang.

랜떡부터 중앙분식 꼬끼리분식 나드리 등등 시내서 안먹어본게 없지만
솔직히 랜떡 너무 맵게 변한거 같음.
예전맛이 안남. 개인적으로 아쉬움.
이젠 명절때나 잠깐 내려와서 추억맛으로 먹는 정도.
현금만 고집하는것도 길에서 파는 떡볶이집이라는 특성때문도 있겠지만은 계좌이체나 카드 받는곳도 늘고있는데 그런부분도 아쉬운소리하자면 아쉽긴함...
