We are asking this question in wrong world. This material world we are living is a testing center and not a ideal world God created...so this world is a mix of good and evils...so if you want to have a pure happiness them you have to look for the absolute world like vaikunta where there is no tinge of any evil. Vaikunta is a world created for ideal people. So we have to think how to move out of this immature world.
My friend shivpraksh I am perplexed upon reading your comment. To reach vaikuntha with this mortal body is impossible (see Triskanku stroy) as long as karma balance is there, so long there is birth and death in this material world, for good karma one will enjoy happiness and reverse for bad karma, this will continue till the soul realize the truth, that's attained by tapasya, will cause karma to become zero then the soul gets mukti.

This is my opinion out of very little (no) knowledge what I have Mr. Rahul, first thing is God, which itself is a very complex subject to understand even if you think God is with some superhuman ability there shd be someone with super villain shd be there. Until we see good , there is no other option other than to see bad as world is made up of duality. When it comes to Bhuddism, Bhudda says yes there is suffering in this world in some or some other form induced by ourself or others then whats the way out, he says attain nirvana.
