My friend any chance of taking a close up of your stand I really like it I have been fighting with this since ivown it your Jack shaft fix is spot on thank you my chain was one with of chain of it fixed it thanks
I just wanted to be reliable and everything you've said in your videos has come true for me loose nuts and bolts rubbing Jack shaft was way off you name it I should do videos only cuz I have both of them I have the Rover and the all-terrain and 22 and I had to do basically everything you said to both of them I wish more people knew about you because you're no BS approaches the way to go I'm not into speed or noise just wondering how that muffler mod worked out you changed the motor but did it work was there to much back pressure?
When I changed to the Predator 79 cc it worked well, the muffler with the shortened baffle worked very well. The only reason I changed it back was because I was offered the job of testing out the new Hilliard clutches for Hilliard for use exclusively on the Phatmoto bikes. So I needed the stock Lifan 152F-3 engine on it. Then I decided to mount the P 79 cc on my Schwinn Swindler 27.5 wheel bike. I tested the clutches over a 2 month period with a friend Karl who is a motorized bike, mini bike, racing go kart, motorcycle guru.
@@JoseDiaz-s8k The fronts are 2 piston hydraulic and the rears are 4 piston hydraulic, so the rears are a bigger different pad. I will have to look the pad numbers up, so hang on a message minute.
It pains me to see you work on that when what you need to do is throw it in the garbage. I’d be afraid to have that on regular peddle bike much less a motorized one. Just curious, you upgraded your front brake why not the back.
Because the back original was a V-brake set up on a 2019 Phatmoto Rover. I converted it to a rear disc set up. The whole design of the sprocket/disc rotor is an inferior one. There is no way to keep chain lube off of rotor which in turn will contaminate the pads and basically make them less than optimum. The combination of the rear brakes with the front superior Tektro 203 mm hydraulic allows for good overall braking. So to sum it up the rear brake stays in a state of pad contamination so no need to put good quality pads or caliper on it.
I just made the adjustment on the rear bolt & my brakes are 💯 better. Thank you 👍🏻
Thanks for watching, glad to have helped.

The rear pads are the same pads as what fits a Shimano BR - MT420 or a BR - MT 520 or a Deore BR - M6120 or a Saint BR - M810 or a 820.
The front pads are the same as Shimano BR - MT200 or a BR - M355 or a Br - M 375
Thank you so much!, can't get no response from Phatmoto
