Honestly, Tan could be reading out the back of a cereal box and I’d still be entertained. Love the yogurt mask tip, it’s great when celebs actually share their little tips/tricks and secrets.
Considering he uses the P50, a potent chemical exfoliant, I believe the P50 ends up also working as a “cleanser” for him.
That voice is made for ASMR. I could fall asleep to it

The fact Tan uses so little products (as seen from his beauty tut In his channel and everyone confirmed he uses. Also my next to nothing for his skincare and hair) ....HES WAY TOO GORGEOUS ON HIS OWN like how is that fair. Beauty personified

This reminds me when I asked one guy how he got such perfect skin and he just replied: well sometimes I rinse it with water and that’s it. my hormones couldn’t even 😫

Visiting Statue exactly, when people just do that to remove “water resistant sunscreen” it’s like girl... water resistant means you can sweat or swim for a little bit and it will stay on, but I don’t know how people think they can resist a face wash 🤦🏻
that green tea and yoghurt face mask is doing wonders to me!! I'm a big fan of home made masks and this one is slowly becoming one of my favourites.
I know not every skin care routine is everyone's you gotta find what works For YOU. my skin is also very very dry so using that masks and yoghurt in general help me out so much!
Not usually a fan of DYI skincare, but I do manuka honey and matcha mask that makes my skin so soft.

I can’t totally get behind his skin care routine but ya know what? Seems to work for him! Gosh what a beautiful human being!
Some people use bar soap and no moisturiser and I guess that’s because some peoples skin can handle a lot
Love him but how does he take his sunscreen off if he doesn't cleanse? :S
I think it's because he said that he uses a moisturiser with spf rather than an actual sunscreen. Not to say he shouldn't cleanse with at least something but some people just have great skin.
He uses hot water. That's what I use too.

He's kinda rough with his skin, but he's brown and I know brown skin is dryer and firmer than white people. And his face is always clear and looks amazing so he's doing something right lol

Jasika Nicole also only uses splashes of warm water to clean her skin and she looks fabulous so I think it's either brown skin/black skin magic or as my doctor once said not every product works with everyone or routine so you must stick to what works for you 😊

My mom has never used a cleanser on her skin in her entire life! Also just washes with hot water!
Her skin is so wonderful! It’s never been blemished, dry or dehydrated.
For her age, she’s got better skin than some 30 year olds.
My grandma was the same. Maybe it’s good genes but I think there’s a trend with great skin with extremely minimal skin care!

@@shilpab3160 Amen. It's weird seeing people idolize her when she has no accredited education in any field that's relevant to skin care. But I understand why she jumps at the chance to make reaction videos; they get way more views than the other videos she puts up on her channel. Weird that people enjoy watching a faux expert.
@@shilpab3160 she was a beauty editor, and has observed cosmetic formulators and dermatologists all throughout her career. She has a video on this, from November, I believe.
Tan clearly looks gorgeous and his skin looks much better to me than Susan's, so who cares about her criticism when she is not even a dermatologist/esthetician. She even criticized an actual dermatologist's routine, that ego needs some scrubbing.

Your hair is amazing! Gorgeous.
I have a few issues with his routine. Firstly you HAVE to wash your face with a cleanser (preferably double cleanse, but at least a single cleanse if anything), due to the fact that you should be wearing sunscreen every day (and you absolutely have to break down the chemicals in the sunscreen) & also rinse with lukewarm water, as to not stress or dehydrate the skin. My second issue is with how rough he is on his skin, it may be that he has tough and/or resilient skin, however that does not mean that tugging and pulling on his skin won't affect the appearance of his skin long term. The way he applies his products, is not only rough on his skin, but is also not spreading the products evenly on his skin, and it even seems that he is not coating certain areas with product (apart from the fact that he doesn't take his products down his neck, which one should also be doing).
Other than that, his hair is literally perfect! :)
Carl-heinz Rennie you don’t need a double cleanse. We never double cleansed for years our skin was fine. Try one cleanser. Maybe fit heavy makeup a double cleanse is necessary.
Tainted Life I did state that only a cleanser is needed but that I prefer a double cleanse, especially due to the fact that he wears makeup and sunscreen. Our skin was “fine” but formulations and technology has come a long way since then and double cleansing ensures that most if not all of the residue from makeup and sunscreen is removed from the skin, enabling follow up products to better penetrate the skin, that’s my opinion.

I use it !! And I can confirm it's really good. It stinks a bit but it's worth it. I used to make Greek yoghurt and honey mask of with bananas and tumeric but this one is also great

Its not the yoghurt face mask but the fact that he has dry skin and uses very tested out products for it. Tata Harper is great. Honey diy mask would propably be more effective, because yoghurt just cools down and hydrates(so easily replacable ingredient) but honey actually nourishes skin.

Tan should try the CeraVe hydrating cleanser. It’s great for dry skin.

The camera doesn’t always focus on the products if there’s something in the background so by putting your hand behind the product, you make it easier for the camera to focus since you’re blocking things that could be preventing it to focus

Also, the first product isn’t $25, it’s $95. Total for the 4 products is ~$320. Which is fine, but yes, he probably is out of touch with reality. And I wouldn’t be remotely surprised if the BB products were gifted, as he runs in the same circles as the owner. Again, no big deal, just a reason why he might be more inclined to use the products.
