  • In this episode I wanted to do things a bit different and give more insight on composition and what I’m actually seeing. Most of the video takes place on a walk throughout Little Italy, Soho, and West Village.
Big thanks to Geremy for helping me film this episode. geremyalexander

Yeah, your stuff is good. Looking at your apartment I see you are surrounded by and appreciate and understand art, whatever that means. Keep clicking, man. You have the knack for light and composition.
And it is so good to see The Village again and Little Italy. They used to be regular but I moved to the other side of the country and miss it a lot.

Yo thanks fam! It’s nice to hear that these neighborhoods still resonate for others even though I’m burnt out with shooting them

@@MarcusLloyd Keep clicking. You know what they say about the name. The name's so nice they say it twice. I never once went to Manhattan without seeing something for the first time. And the old jazz spots were spectacular. You have a gift, you are honing it, never rest.

Thanks for the nice photos! I use a m8 that I bought about a year back, and enjoy it very much. The dynamic range can be a problem and colours can be off but the pictures it produces are so rewarding….

    • @MarcusLloyd

Wishing someone would scoop me in that MG and take a long drive to nowhere. Such a mood as usual. Your shots beg for your eye for color and emotional composition to be applied to cinema. Seriously reminding me Terrence Malik, Days of Heaven vibe with those magic hour pix.
