Something that makes your channel special is not only do you point out the good prices, but if a product is good. That you have tried a product is valuable information.
I also appreciate the fact that he will price compare as well!!
Family & Friends 20% Off everything (even close-outs) is going on now at Big Lots if anyone is interested.
I keep that Modern Pantry milk on hand all the time. I get the whole milk. It’s great for winter storms and power outages.
I keep one in the frig all the time so if I run out of milk, I will still have cold milk for my cereal. Just keep an eye out for the expiration date.
I just wish the use by date was further out.
I bought some last month that had a November 2024 expiration date.
I have *never seen the whole milk at my DT. I did get the one carton of 1%(aka white water 😮) ... never again. I hesitate to order it because of not knowing the BBD. I used the Gossner Farms 2 years past the BBD with no problem.
I bought a jar of asparagus yesterday and was surprised at how much smaller it is than the ones they used to have. I did get 2 2-pound bags of rice and a can of Margaret Holmes seasoned butter beans ( I've never seen that there). Another thing I've never seen was Progresso soup. They only had Spicy Italian Wedding, which I've never seen in the stores. Those English muffins make good breakfast sandwiches. I didn't get the bagels because I had bought some at Walmart.
My husband and I tried the Southgate beef stew over mashed potatoes and liked it. As another prepper says, "Will it be the best meal you’ve ever had? Probably not..." but it will make other meals really taste great!😂 And, it is something to get you through.
amen
I add a can of peas/carrots to it and it serves me well.
@@davidkessinger1581 That sounds good! I like things I can just use a a base to make different things.
Be sure to check dates on the products. Every time I look to buy something, the date is the next month or two. The exception has been the Goya products.
Modern pantry milk is good to have because especially if you don’t use a lot of milk like I don’t, if I get a gallon of fresh milk, half of it is going to go to waste. But if I only open a shelf stable milk when I need it, it works well. That’s why I also like powdered milk and evaporated milk cans.

For anyone who uses Miracle Whip, have you noticed a change in the flavor? They’ve changed it. It has like a metal taste and I’ve ate it for 60 years so I know what it tastes like. I’m changing to Dukes. I’m so disappointed in it. Let me know if you noticed it too, please 🙏.
Thanks for sharing, Danno.
Love 💕 and Hugs. 💙💙💙
Love Dukes...it's all I buy now. I get it when Kroger does deals and it's $3.99.
@@susan06860 Thanks Susan.
I used to love Miracle Whip. I'm finishing a jar and then I am either going to make my own mayo or switch to Hellmans. I don't notice my jar of Miracle Whip tasting different because I've had it for awhile.
yes, we switched back to spin blend aft a half century of MW
That Pepsi is $1.48 at Walmart.
My husband likes the chili, I can eat it. But the beef stew is awful. If not for the salt, it would be good for mixing with dog food. Otherwise, steer clear of it.
Not sure if its been mentioned. Conagra is closing its birds eye frozen food plant in wisconsin. Several hundred will be layed off.
Sad what’s happening to our food supply
Wow we have a plant here in Centralia Illinois have not herd if they are closing
conagra is huge ... plant closing is an eye blink for them
No, no, no on the pancake syrup!😕
I just bought 5 rolls of wax paper from dollar tree so I have all the supplies I need for making different freezer meals to stretch the budget. I’ve been trying to think of anything that might jump in price that I absolutely have to have due to allergies and stocking up.
Between all these price hikes and the continuing supply chain issues, I think it’s going to get even tougher than the lowest point we had during the pandemic.
Now in my opinion, those squeezable fruit spreads are terrible! I ended up throwing mine away after one use. Other's may like it, and that's OK, but I am definitely not a fan. The Texas Honey cornbread is great in my opinion though.
Ditto and Ditto
storage cubes are terriffic..... office supplies and candy are my favorites. Thanks Danno!
Most of the protein in the Southgate Stew is ASoy protein, FYI.Peopel run top the local DT for Libby pineapple 13-16 oz cans@1.25
The sardines in water are great! One rinsed for the cats, one for me.
The Campbell’s soups have bioengineered products in them now
Thanks for the f.y.i it's so creepy. The Prego Alfredo sauce is the same🤢
There is another creator who specializes in DT videos. She said there is a new DT app that has a price scanner built in to it. Guess that’s going to be the way to go.
I got an e-mail about it today. Guess I will have to get it.
Thank you for the walkthrough Danno.
I went to Dollar Tree in Hamilton today and only bought a couple of items. because almost everything in the store was $1.50 or more, it's just not worth it anymore. Not going back.
Those beef crumbles are real spicy. Only buy it if you have a cast iron stomach. I couldn't eat it.
We tried it too, did not like it at all.
I liked it, but mixed it in with something else to cut the spice.
@@staceyanderson3723 I'll try making chili with it
@@marycote3423 it is very good in scrambled eggs.
Someone found the Hereford meatballs at their DT. Same size as the one at Walmart for $3.95 (?).
make your own grape jelly, pectin, sugar and a can of frozen welch grape juice concentrate
FYI...seasonings like garlic or parsley are still cheaper at Walmart at 1.12
Peru Illinois
Can't wait to go get the kalamata olives and the jarred asparagus! Also, love the idea of buying tiny condiments that you don't use a lot of. I also try to shoot for max $1 items for our church pantry bags so I can give more items at a time. Those small sugars and sweeteners are a great addition, I will start getting them.
Those olives are good and one of the best deals at DT.
That aluminum foil is not good, at least the 40 square foot one. Mine ripped and was stuck to the edge of the roll when trying to roll it out.
Love Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
make your own ... tomato soup and mayo, with relish if you like
With prices steadily rising, better strategy is cut back or do without, not stock up, stocking up drives inflation.
Make sure to check the labels on any of the pet food products. You don't want to give your pet any food product made in China. I was searching the internet for the Dollar Tree price increase and came across a news story about it and the CEO of Dollar Tree said the price increase is because (as he claims) their customer base earns more than $125,000 a year salary, so they are raising their prices to reflect that. CEO's statement also said the higher prices were coming this fall.
Except that the $125,000 crowd can afford price increases way more than those of us earning a quarter of that. Besides, how does the CEO know what our income is?
@@shirleypatten6212 I know...right? The nerve of that guy. What's next...rich people can afford airline tickets, so every ticket will be $25,000 each. DT CEO is a real entitled POS.
Just went into the Dollar Tree/Family Dollar that opened shortly before Easter in town. (Dayton Ohio area) While it's nice to have another place to shop, and seems to be a good store, I wasn't impressed with the prices.
Wow they have dial soap. I should’ve stocked up on the 2 packs for $1 when I had the chance.
It's Cheaper to buy 3 bar pack of Dial soap @ Family Dollar than 3 @ $ Tree.
@@rogeradams2536 thanks I appreciate that.

I found some unexpected deals today. I found this cute little bath mat. It’s really like a small towel BUT we are moving in June to a house with a 3/4 bath (toilet, sink, shower) so we will need a small mat for that. They had family size lucky charms (18.6 oz) for $1.25 and the date is Sept 21, 2024 so plenty of time to eat. They had some new water flavor packets (green apple jolly rancher with Caffiene). My kids got a fancy bar of soap from Buff City (it was bright green and black) and they needed a dish to keep the tub feee of bright green soap stuff. I was looking for a plastic holder/container but they didn’t have any. They did have ceramic soap dishes but I know my kids, plastic is better for me. And it was still only $1.25. My store was well stocked and I got the things I needed. I also needed a new shower liner. It’s not the best quality, but it’s just the loner, I have a nice fabric curtain for the outside so I’m okay with it.
The $1.50 is PURE SPECULATION. The company is focus on integrating Family Dollar items and price structure up to $7 in order to cut back to one brand, namely, DOLLAR TREE, eliminating the Family Dollar name. This has ALWAYS been the strategy
Good Sunny TGIF Morning Everyone,,,, Wisconsin is Gorgeous so far this morning!
Happy Friday!
We are having a beautiful sunny day in Arkansas and the birds are greeting us!!!
The Asparagus were amazing but they shrinkflated them from 10.5 to 7.5 oz booooo
Employees will not tell customers about price increases they are told not to discuss it
Especially the Campbell creamed soups. All of them have changed. The flavour is just not the same.
The Zesty Italian is Very Good.My wife Buys those often to make Pasta salad.
I like shopping at Dollar Tree for spices, different food, and other items.
For me, the two main things that made Dollar Tree worth it was that everything was the same price and that most things were cheaper than you could get them elsewhere. Now with the recent price hikes and mixing of different prices it eliminates pretty much the main reasons I would go there from time to time. If you change the reasons why people shop with you, you don't stay in business long normally. Thanks for the video Danno. Appreciate your hard work in keeping us informed.
Stopped by local Dollar Tree today in Waconia MN, $1.25 was the main price still. Store was well stocked hardly any outs at all in any aisle. I picked up my favorite chewing gum "Canet's which is located by the registers, a great fruit gum without the aspartame.
We'll have to try the gum!
Thank you for the info. God bless. 👍❤️🙏😀
Yikes those 3.5 oz bags of chips are $2.50 at my Dollar Tree. Also the Celsuis and Gatorade are $2.50.
The pampa fruit spread aka Jelly is like eating candy on your bread 😮 too sweet!
You are right! Those Classics don't taste the same. I used to really like them. I buy Progresso now. Thanks for sharing the products and prices! Appreciated 🙂
Hi Danno & Jess! Hope you have a great day!
You too!!
@@AdventureswithDanno I'll be driving thru Cincinnati soon, and I will be thinking of you both.
--wow, that is an amazing find for the Herford beef crumbles. I stock their products in my long term pantry. I havent used the crumbles, but if knew any of my DTs had it, I would be all over it. My DTs have been sparse for a year now. I havent been bothering to go in, but I think I will make a trip soon just to see if that has changed.
--Those croutons are good!
--Ahhh your store has Dial. Oh, I hope mine does.
Thanks for the walkthrough! Take care :)
Love the Honey peanut butter get for baking and like the Pineapple mustard ( delicious on baking a ham). It is also great when making Asian recipes . Raspberry jam is delicious and cheaper the paying Arby's 75 cent for a tiny package.
"Home Style Foods, Inc. Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Egg in Kowalski Simply Sides - Jack’s Potato Salad" FDA
They have started resetting a Plus store here on the other aisles with higher price items mixed in
The ANIMAL SOLAR LIGHTS the EYES light up...creepy,
The salt free seasoning is really good. I bought 16 bottles.
It's South Dakota, not San Diego
Lol! Yep
We just found your guys channel and are enjoying it! Thank you both!🙏💯 We are watching over many of your videos👍
Good video
If not for Dollar Tree n Sav a lot n Walmart I couldn't make it
Danno, did you hear about the Coke Cola Recall, has metal in it.
Your Dollar Tree has a heck of a lot more food items than ours have..(N.FL)
Ditto in southern Indiana
Many items I don't see in my Dollar tree 😢
Dollar tree used to sell steaks. I don't know if they still do? Ours may not sell it. I don't know. Thank you for all you do, Danno. ❤
Haven't seen them at ours in a long time
It's easy to dr.up the plain bbq sauces
Thx danno, Hey from Florence, KY!! My DT is starting to post 1.25 signs more and more, and I ALWAYS get the Brims Buttered Popcorn, and the 12-oz. hard candies for work (Cinnamon, butterscotch, peppermint and Strawberry) If they raise prices again, its the sign of the times, the inflation and supply chain issues are the main reason!
Cinco de Mayo is coming up. That could be the reason for a special "taco section".
I had to season it a bit, but I've been able to get away with Southgate Chili. They're in my prepper pantry, along with many bottles of A-1 and Worcestershire.
Bread and butter pickles are good except if the jar looks cloudy . Omg my family loves the rice with meat and gravy over them. If you can find bread crumbs, panko crumbs and chicken or pork shake and bake are great mixed all together . Delhi Dollar Tree have Red Baron pizza marked down to $2.50 today, Friday. That's whats for dinner tonight 😋 😅.
The Modern Pantry milk is great on cereal and thickens up for gravy very quickly. We get the olives all the time. Our store has scaled back on the food section and the first aid section.
They keep those prices going up . I will be defiantly shopping Walmart for my craft items.
Sadly the solar animals don't always light up😢. I'm looking for brown flat bars of compressed seed starter. Delhi and Glenway Crossing does have any . Thank you Danno for sharing the prices.
Just wanted to add, as I was shopping today I saw the $1.50 sunglasses in my DT and everything was suspiciously well arranged and loaded up. It's like...they're just waiting for the word to change the prices. And, I thought about the other places we think we can go, like the DG dollar aisle to get bleach, etc, etc But when $1.25 goes away I wonder if the dollar aisles will as well? No real motivation to not raise those prices.
Soooo interesting to see and hear what most other people buy
Hi Dan, Just wanted you to know that n the noodles the SD was for South Dakota not San Diego Lol! Time for a vacation Hahaha! Dollar Tree will in the future have some items for $7. Also get the app, and they are said to be getting the scan machines like in Target! The adventure is out there~Corporate Greed for sure!
Lol. 🤣
I made a trip to DT last weekend. Bought up some Thin Spaghetti, some regular Spaghetti and some twists
The new items are at least marked by little red stickers stating the new prices. The new items that are showing up at higher prices are in the medicines/beauty products and automobile items like oil, car scents, etc. Some Dollar Trees at least are starting to put up price scanners throughout the store for customers to check prices.
Thanks for the info!
ouir dollar tree already has the $3.50 skittles and Starbursts
Danno , I love dollar tree bread and butter pickles :prune juice , cat treats , sheets of foil for baking , coffee filters, milk in boxes also spaghetti .Before Sam's club trying dollar tree and bogo items at Publix .It appears Walmart delivery sometimes has shortages but subs are offered. I always look at your channel every morning .Be safe both you and Jessica . God Bless your day .
not san diago it is South Dakota!!
Lol. Yep
Not san Diago, San Diego!
I think the address on those Ramen noodles was SD for South Dakota 😁
Lol
Danno, It would please my relatives living in the city of San Diego, CA to be recognized (if only for a brief time) as their own 2 initial state 😂 I already see many are leaving FYI comments and you are still nearly perfect in every way for all of us that continue to support you ❤ Thank you for all that you do 😊
Lol 🤣👍
I scored some Meditteranean chili paste at my store for the first time.
I don't care for their flour tortillas. The ones I got stick together badly and were quite thin.
I bought a $5.00 bag of dry cat food.
Also canned chicken small can is 1.18 at Wal-Mart in central Fl so i buy it there.
Oh, the Kitchen Classics went up to $1.50 at my Dollar General. That's a nope.
Good morning Danno and Jess ☕
🙏
I love raspberry preserves in general, but I’m not a fan of the Dollar Tree brand.
The Pampa brand is from Argentina
I agree with you I think they will loose some business. Just not the same shopping there it feels like a trap unfortunately.
I appreciate your review 😎
I bought some party items today and it was not clear to me if they would be $1.25 or not but they were.
Good Morning
Morning
Check out the Dollar Tree In Lawrenceburg Indiana

👋😃☕️
dont eat a handful or you will be going for a quick dump 😂
Lol
The frozen ravioli is great. Love your videos. Oh by the way, please on button that top button you’re making me choke. 😱💕😀
Thank you! Usually just button it for the photo lol
🙂👍
I can taste the chemicals in bottled salad dressing
The dollar tree syrup can't even compare to the real maple syrup that you are used to !
Hello have a good evening
You too
DT bread...never molds
Hi Danno and Jess❤❤❤
Good morning
Did you all hear about the led in the lunchables? Is there anything safe to eat?😳
Every time you go to DT I gotta plug Marcel’s milk. Packaged in my home state Louisiana.
