TIRAMISU Cake Roll - with Marsala wine, RUM ESSENCE, Egg Yolks, & Mascarpone

Sponge Cake is the secret to a roll that does not crack...And the melt-in-your-mouth of this sponge cake roll is due to the marsala/Rum/Coffee syrup! And of course, the Eggyolk, whipped cream, and Mascarpone cream adds to its scrumptiousness.
Quite a few steps, but sure to not fail! I even have a blooper in this video, and as you can see still rolled nicely!
