Amazingly simple and yummiest recipe . Jazak Allaho khair

Recipe:
Medium sized potato 4, peeled and sliced. In a bowl add water and 1 teaspoon salt along with sliced potatoes and keep aside.(10 to 15 minutes )
Slice 4 to5 green chillies
1 tomatoes sliced
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
1 medium Onion finely chopped
Heat oil or ghee and add chopped onion, green chillies, tomatoes and sauté them for a minute.
Now add sliced potatoes after rinsing under runny water.
Add red dry red chilli (whole)and ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
Now add a little water and add salt,white cumin, dry coriander ,red chill powder, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon each and sauté well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with freshner green coriander.
