it's not really peacemaker being boring it's just the *Optimal* way to play him is super boring. If you play peacemaker with darius or mavado he gets insane like 52% corner combos and 43% mid screens and a ton of tech
This was the most hype match of the Top 8 for me. From Nicolás always having to catch up to Ninja, to Ninja switching to Liu Kang to basically do a Flawless in the first round of the final match, to then Nicolás being one touch from death in the ending of the next two round, but managing to catch him first with the parry of the FB and then with two optimal combos to end the final round.
Don't understand why he didn't go for his Liu sooner, bro just gets a flawless round the second he picks him, maybe he just didn't want to be bothered with this tournament, can't think of any answer...
the crazy part was there was no mix at the end for him to get his by mileena ball roll. Even if he was trying to duck a grab, he wouldnt have died to the throw damage.

@@binkl2844 desync errors, giving me a lot of loses, random connection errors, loading times. It's not my pc, is the only game that gives me problems, so frustrating.
@@binkl2844 The rig isn't the issue. Just because you don't have problems it doesn't mean other people don't have as well. I have issues with a solid rig and thankfully it isn't only me so it's a game issue
Okay so Nicolas won by doing the scrubbiest KL strats(wake up fatal blow and yolo ball roll) and it luckily WORKED, and all over sudden he’s somehow better?
So you’re gona ignore Ninjakilla using the scrubbiest playstyle with PM throughout the entirety of the tournament? Nicolas has now beaten Ninjakilla in 2 tournaments back to back. He is the better mk1 player.
Nicolas is definitely better than Ninja. He has defeated him twice in tournament now. Combo Breaker and Final Kombat. Nicolas is #2 in the world at MK1. One thing Nicolas has over Ninja that Ninja doesn't is Nicolas has defeated Sonic in tournament and has at least got a set off of Sonic in Final Kombat. Ninja has 0 wins in an offline tournament set against Sonic in MK1. So Ninja Killa is #3 and that's just what it is. Ninja Killa is still a great player but he does not have the results Nicolas has so he has to hold 3rd best in the world for right now.

Nicholas played great offensive/defensive. He gets in a very good spot and holds it with blocks and just has the position to react
