Yes, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it worked! It would probably have looked even better if I didn't swatch like 15 mascaras that day 😂 and if I used more product, but it was so cool to see that your idea worked out in practice too! 🤗💜

Also. The glisten ones look the best by far. It’s crazy how much of a difference it looks between them and the others.
Unfortunately is the chartreuse liner limited edition (from Melt). I will be sad when it's empty 😅😂 I'm glad that you could tell the difference between the mascaras, I wasn't sure if it will show up that well on the video 💜
Awesome that Profusion has colored mascara! 🤩After your Casper video, I placed an order. 🤭 I love it that you love Profusion so much! I feel in love with them in 2014 when I bought some 10-pans by them at the dollar store. 🥰🥰 I do love the Colourpop mascaras as well. I'll have to try Glisten! 🤩
Ohh, have you recieved the Casper collection yet? I hope that you will enjoy it as much as me! I actually tried a palette from them a couple of years ago and I was honestly not stoked about it (it was a rainbow one). But then it seems like they have changed their formula a lot because now I love them. Their collab collections are always so well made too. Let me know if you enjoy the Glisten ones if you decide to try them
I have never seen a video on colored mascara. I mean, a dedicated video. Such a good idea. I only have a blue one and need to use it again, actually. Layering sounds like a fun idea!

Yesss!! Love this video! Glisten cosmetics has been on my wishlist. And now colourpop is on my radar too. I agree with profusion, I was so impressed especially for the price. I’d love to add a couple of reccs: itsbel cosmetics (if they ever brings them back) and tood’s green mascara is really good!

@@sminkberoende I hope it’s bel brings their colored mascaras back 😭 i just recently learned of tood when they asked to send me their green mascara, I’d say it’s pretty good but pricey.

I love coloured mascaras so much!
Loreal also makes some colored mascaras. I feel like they are seasonal and random when they come out - but I have tried them before. Can’t remember what I thought. But anyway - another drugstore suggestion. Would love to try the glisten ones. Been seeing them everywhere lately
Oh yes, I even think I tried the Loreal ones long time ago! I can't remember if I liked them or not though, so maybe it's time to revisit them 👀 The Glisten ones are truly amazing! 😍

apparently you can use glistens spectra paints as mascaras too so they might be easier to mix than trying to mix their mascara formula :3

Lancome has three deep colored mascaras I want to try .
Oh yes! I have tried a couple of black mascaras from Lancome and they're really nice. But I wish that they weren't so scented! I need to look at their coloured ones 🥰
Ok this was so helpful, I definitely want the teal and periwinkle from glisten and I think the white is useful to have to make pastel shades to, one thing I was gonna suggest to try that I do, you know you talked about gel pots well take a bit on a little spatula onto your mixing tray, one drop of duraline & bam 💥 you have yourself some waterproof mascara in all your gel liner colours to & it works so well especially since most colourful mascaras are not waterproof, You know I love my duraline 😂 this was great pickle thanks hun ❤
Yeah, it's smart to have a white one too 🥰 I think you will look amazing in the periwinkle and teal! I'm happy you found the video helpful 🥰 I don't feel the need to use duraline when using the gel liners, but maybe I will experiment some more with the wateractivated liners and see if it works better. Great tip hun 🥰

I love colorful mascaras! I usually just make my own by painting water activated liner on my lashes. But i know that may not work for everyone, and that isn't waterproof
Oh yes, I agree that water activated liner works just fine! But I have quite long natural lashes so if I'm going to wear the makeup for a longer time, I prefer gel liner (or coloured mascara) on the lashes because otherwise it gets smudged on me.

@@emy_themua2015 I actually don't love using duraline with wateractivated liner, but maybe I'm doing it wrong? 🤔
@@sminkberoende so I activate the liner to the texture I normally would if I were just using water, add a drop of duraline but separately not in the pan and then scrape some more liner off the dry pan till it’s at your desired consistency hope that makes sense!!
