Personally, SHMA's Miregoji is better both sculpt and paint wise but will be double the price. The proportions on the Hiya are a tad bit wonky but I'm still getting it. Rather get 1 good MireGoji and 1 great GMK over 1 great MireGoji.
It’s about time we got a suit accurate millennium figure That previous sh monsterarts arts figure is technically the poster version only because it used the millennium banpresto figure, (which was supervised by yuji sakai) as reference but it wasn’t designed for the poster art . . It’s actually the original concept design sculpted for the millennium Godzilla prior to the making of the full sized suit
This I knew, but thanks for posting here for others! it's a shame they never made two versions of millennium Goji. but I think its cool we're getting a screen accurate version by the competition 😂
@@DargonEvofor sure. I always wondered if there was any preference on behalf of Toho considering the screen used suit has great nostalgia for many Godzilla collectors who grew up with the millennium series.
When it was first revealed that Hiya was going to be doing Toho stuff as well as MV stuff, I was hoping they'd eventually get around to doing MireGoji as I only wanted 1 Godzilla and G2000 has always been one of my favourite designs. Didn't expect to see them do it so soon though, pre-ordered Shimo right after the prototype of this guy was revealed and I'll probably pick up the Heisei Ghidorah; though I hope they can be the first of these highly articulated figure companies to release a Showa Ghidorah complete with furry manes around the necks (a Grand Ghidorah and just Rebirth of Mothra stuff in general would also be cool).
I'm glad you're giving GojiFXunlimited a shout out. I'm gonna be buying more custom beams from him. Can't wait for GojiFX to list custom GxK heat rays for Evolve Godzilla and Shimo.
There is most likely going to be a Atomic Breath version, which I would love to get. The 1991 Godzilla basic and Atomic Energy look amazing, but it's in my eyes but the Atomic Energy 1991 beam kinda looks anime like
@@DargonEvo I would definitely get that, and in my opinion why get the original when you can have a cooler variant with the Atomic Breath. It's the same figure just with a slight repaint and a cool beam effect, plus if you are an artist or draw you can just use pictures of the original and color it in that on paper.
@dongordito00 I can understand that, but realistically. "hypothetically" speaking of course because we're talking about Godzilla, Godzilla 2000 is 55 meters/170 feet tall and 2019 legendary Godzilla is 120 meters/393 feet 🤓 I love 2000 Goji but he is definitely one of the smaller Godzilla’s 🤧
Careful man! If u get one and he might have defects like badly painted eyes and teeth then what are u gonna say? Hiya is fantastic but they have been sloppy with eyes and teeth paint especially on thier Legendary Godzilla's
Personally I have gotten good paint jobs on my recent hiya figures. but you do have a point. It's a risk everyone takes when buying a new figure from any company.

When u realized Shma made their own Film accurate Giragoji from Godzilla vs Megaguirus 2000 bc they saw Hiya Toys made better figure then they do.
