Yeah, that almost seemed like some kind of lag thing, because his crosshair was clearly on the target the whole time he was firing. I even played in slow-motion.
It's _almost_ like his opponent had fired a bunch of shots a bit earlier, but they didn't register until seconds later, while conversely, Pchooly's shots (heh heh, shots) were still "loading."
