As a side note, when Final Hide mode kicks in (unless you know the Host turned off Ping in the settings), you're better off forgoing these for somewhere with a vent. Since the Impostor can sniff out your exact location at that point anyway, it's safer to make sure you have an escape route.
It's good to remember that when facing an experienced seeker the best hiding spot is the worst hiding spot (meaning that they will check that location for you in it) and the worst hiding spot is the best hiding spot (meaning that they will think out of common sense that no one will hide there)
Tips:
- If you want to hide in shields, do wear tan and take off all outfits.
- If Final Hide mode kicks in do make sure you are near some vents (Better if you have a 10s time in vents and 3x to hide)
- When your stuck at weapons, navigations or shields with the imposter, enter one of them and wait 'till the imposter goes to the other room. If they don't leave the room just leave the vents (like navigations to shields) and run. Hide if you can
- If you can change your name to a single letter it would be better, you can even troll with the imposter.
- Do short tasks if you have more than long tasks, it could help you to win.
- Pets can also give away your hiding spot so its best to not equip them.

According to me the best place are shield and reactor one , now everyone know the upper and lower engine trick, but acc to my exp , I have dot name and remove all outfit take tan colour and stand on that shields , it'll completely camouflage you, and take purple , wear VR mask and stand like just beside vent . It worked for me everytime until final hiding time...

there's also a spot that you can hide on polus, its the pillar that holds the laser gun in asteroids

I personally think Hiding ain't an option in this mode, even though the name is "Hide n Seek".
You always gotta keep moving, most of these hiding spots are well known, they might work, but not for long. Also, Final Hide stage destroys hiding and rather turns the mode into a chase game.

There's also an hiding spot in cafeteria in skeld First go to the south caf (the door to storage and admin) but Don't go outside from caf just stand near the door and then go left and make sure you can't be seen on the door to admin and medbay and then boom you got your self a hiding spot, it's a hiding spot cuz imp's don't go there because it's useless

One time, I was hiding in the upper engine then a imposter were go to my spot but he didn't kill me, he just pet his pet and don't kill me then we pet our pet together but however I want the imposter to win because he was nice so I was left and he won, he made my day ;)

@@cheezdaddy In polus left of weapons , behind rock, upper dish part of comms , left side of lower decontamination, left reactor (but imposter will surely check there), sometimes dropship, water wheel below office are insane hiding spots..

Tip: always go right first. In almost every game I’ve been in, the imposter always goes left first and doesn’t check medbay first thing.

Personally, Cafeteria and o2 is the best (hiding) juking spot for a whole game, unless when seeker keeps tabs of the map. Also even with all those sneaky spots, admin map's available for impo too

honestly i dont think the point in hide n seek is to hide anymore,but rather just run around in a circle and when the bar goes up while you're running to that direction,you run to the opposite direction but still,great video for those players who are newbies in hide and seek

You all should try hiding on the reactor hand scan thingy on either side or in storage there is a box that rotates and you can hide under it for 4 seconds if the imp is near

That hiding spot didn't work? Check out this one. There's a rock in Polus. You can hide behind it! But I recommend having no hats on because the hats show and the seeker can find you. But that's all, maybe I will edit this comment if I find more hiding spot ideas. Byee!
0:11 Doesn't always work because when imposter goes in upper engine it makes the kill button available so the imposter could kill the player behind the upper engine.
The only thing that ruins these hiding spots are the kill button. The kill button will shine if there is a person and you can also just click and kill without even knowing where they are. So unless it’s a short kill lentgh I like to just run around the map

"Change you're name to a single letter." Sometimes the host can disable names, making it the best hiding spot. Juuust try to complete your tasks first.

Heh, in the hiding spot in lower/uper engine I already know because when I am a seeker, the hider always hide here and I think it's very easy to see then I knew that hiding spot.

all i do is go to electrical, and, if the impostor comes to electrical, i vent to medbay and run over to weapons, and if i get found in medbay, i go to navigation and run over to admin, if i get found in admin, i do anything to survive. if i run out of vents, im dead 💀
Wow that's clever. Those are good spots to hide but it wouldn't 100 percent work all the time if the imposter checks wisely. Cuz they can find you on the seek button in the last few minutes

One time, I hid myself in upper engine. Settings was "show names off" and I had no outfits or pet. THEN THE SEEKER JUST CAME AND FOUND ME (it was not final hide) I think that he was teaming with a ghost cuz I was invisible AND I DIED 2ND
