Well said, you are absolutely correct!!
Agree!!!!🥰🙏🌏🌎🌍💖🫶🫂🫂🫂🫂☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️
Hahah a yeah, the school system has no idea about this sort of learning. I've been fighting this for 35 years. The teachers I had were a joke. They thought if you didn't do what they said you would never have a successful life. And yet now looking back at them. I don't know what they consider a successful life but it wasn't what they were teaching. Today we're still 30th and no in the world and spent 35 years later. The nea and everything to do with the education system is completely outdated antiquated and doesn't understand what it takes to live in this current age. The information age and how to make a living, how to be happy and all the things that really matter not who fought the war of 1812.

School isn’t design to create people like this
"Life is too short to suffer." This quote right here is an eye opener. Keep moving forward and crushing goals. 💯
right i should just end it all now
@AlexPerez_ 😂 I don't think that was exactly what he means. But I feel ya brother. Hope you're doing OK.
Powerful quote!!
Life's to short to suffer.... Im mind blown... this are life changing... looking forward to my new attitude ❤❤❤
Its basic asf.
Lost my teen son to Cancer. It takes work & determination to reach this point of recovery. Living through what doesn’t break you empowers you. It changes you in surprisingly profound ways. In choosing to live this new path fully I have found great peace 💞 Thank You, Bobby’s Mom Forever❤️
I'm so sorry 😞
Sorry to hear. My condolences to you and yours. May he rest in peace.
There is a good book: Reclaim your heart by Yasmin Mogahed.
I'm pretty sure it will help
Sorry to hear that. May God send mercy and healing to you and your family. You will see your son again one day.
I’m so sorry ..I pray for your healing and for joy to come to you and through you🙏
Tony saved my life multiple times. I love him and he knows what he’s talking about. ❤
One of the wisest men on the planet
I really like what Tony Robbins teaches and shares, like in this short video. I especially like that He Uses The Tools He Shares. One thing I wish he would acknowledge, is that he’s grateful for God or his higher power more often. 💓💖💜
@@robinjoyfulbair7107
I was thinking exactly that earlier today.
This is everything. Let me rephrase that. This is eeeeeeeeeeeeeveryyyythiiiing. My new way of living.
have you been to one of his events? he has in person and virtual and has been doing a free virtual event every January since covid
I applaud you for what you provide. I am grateful for your encouragement. Thanks you Tony!
You're welcome 🙂
I came to similar thought processes when highly stressed a while back. There was a period where several things had happened (car related, money related, living situation related, family related) in a short amount of time and I remember one night not being able to go to sleep because of how I was going through everything about how many things I was going to have to do/deal with. I was taking on everything all at one time, trying to figure out all situations at the same time. Eventually I got tired of stressing out about all of it so I basically told my self in a very frank way something along the lines of "it is what it is, this is what you are going to have to go through." Once I let the "shi**ness" of the situation wash over me, I was able to 'slow things down' and realize that I had time to resolve these things AND decided to just tackle one thing at a time. In essence, to compartmentalize things. Once I got that concept, my stress levels dropped, and I was able to just focus on what I needed to focus on in front of me rather that worrying about what I needed to get done eventually. Small steps first, get in that habit of knocking down what you can then the rest will eventually follow.
Thanks for this sage advice! I'm going to implement this!❤

Thanks for this advice. Am going to use it

Man's search for meaning. Great book on this topic
That book should be required reading in schools!
Frankl's philosophy in that book is not at all about refusing to suffer.
Frankl actually advocates embracing and accepting suffering in a dignified way.
How do you think Robbins' 90 second rule would have worked out for the inmates of Auschwitz?
Suffering is a natural and unavoidable part of all our lives. It certainly outweighs pleasure, that's for sure.
I think Robbins is smart and all power to him, but anyone who thinks life is too short to suffer is either incredibly lucky, or incredibly naive.
tony always mentions this book
Not really. That was about people will survive anything IF they have HOPE. Similar but not exactly the same. Tony is saying if you are stressed, change your pattern of thought. Vets who had hope, but came home to find their wives cheating or remarried unalived themselves.
Thank you, Tony, but I am not here to walk away. I am here to go forward. Amen.❤✝️❤️😇🙏🏻👈🏽
Yes, Tony, I attended your UPW in March 2022 and it was true what we sang at the end:
"Life will never be the same again!"
I am changing and changing and meeting new coaches and my internal life is completely different now.
I am out of my own prison.
Was eating when I read this and about choked when I read "prison" - as that's one of the short ways I describe the 1st 17 years, though few people would understand what that really means. So glad we both 'got out'. 🌻🌲🪻☘️
I don't think Tony Robbins reads youtube comments brah.
Fabulas to read that success, your success !!Bravo😃👏
For anyone who's interested and wanting to learn more, when Tony talks about learning to breathe and watch his thoughts go by instead of being attached to them, that's called mindful observation. Becoming a mindful observer of your thoughts is one of the best skills you can learn, it's kind of like sitting back watching a movie in the theatre as opposed to being in the movie.
Well put
Could you explain this more? I understand what you are saying, but most people need help grasping it.
I don't think mindfullness is supposed to be used around trauma. It makes things worse.
@@justbe990I'll do my best to explain it. Oftentimes, when a thought pops into our minds we "grasp onto it" by thinking about the thought we just had, then adding other related thoughts to the original thought. Then those series of thoughts about a particular event, worry or frustration begin eliciting certain emotions from us. This can become a flurry or outright avalanche of negativity that began with one simple thought popping into your mind. Instead of doing this and getting sucked into a downward spiral of negative thoughts and emotions, when a thought pops into your mind that might otherwise cause you anxiety don't attach to the thought. Simply observe it. Just because a thought pops into our minds doesn't mean that we need to add other thoughts or emotions to it that will cause it to snowball. Just see that one thought for what it is- a thought. Nothing more. Your mind will want to tack on other related thoughts because that's how our minds are. Push those other encroaching thoughts away and just peacefully allow the one thought to exist on its own. Just because something pops into our mind doesn't mean we need to entertain that thought. It's like sitting down watching TV and a bunch of ads come on. Just because you're in front of the TV doesn't mean you have to pay attention to the ads. You know the ads are there, but you can look elsewhere in the room, get lost in thought, focus on a project, do a task, etc. and the ads will still play, but with very minimal attention from you. Eventually the commercial will end. It's a similar way with your mind. Don't interact with the thought. You can see that it's there, but remain unattached to it. Eventually the thought will drift away. We have tens of thousands of thoughts a day. Learning to disengage from our thoughts sometimes isn't always easy, but with practice it can be done. Hope this helps!
I feel so Blessed I found Tony. 😭 thank you God. ❤️
This is great advice. So much of whatever I’ve suffered in life has been suffering from my own thoughts, which create realities for me, oftentimes bad ones. Not to say it’s never been caused by other people because I’ve had a lot of trauma in my life but most of it comes down to our decisions how we treat our stress.
life is a test for literally everything. sex is only for creating life not pleasure. eating good food is bad. anything pleasurable is basically not for humans. we should just eat grass and drink our own piss.
Excellent teaching thread 🎯 Practice makes Excellence- committed brings forth effectiveness and values!! Thank you 🙏 God for Tony Robins!! ❤
It's difficult to imagine the mental-intensity involved until you go through it.
I like how Tony talks about developing the muscle.

“The Secret” 💜
Love you Tony! Can’t wait for UPW virtual on Aug 10th. My 3rd time and my life has changed for the better MASSIVELY after the first two!
I was at the UPW March 2022, and that was a massive internal shift.
@adrianavargova I just don't know how a conference can help that much. I've read a lot and have an understanding of what to do, it's just implementing them and making them work that is the hard part.
I get the ra ra pump you up at the conference, but paying thousands for a conference and then taking it to every day life is so hard.
I'm really glad it's worked for you and maybe one day maybe I'll try it.
I always compare it to ANY WORSE
situation like: I don't have to deal with living in a war torn country or human trafficking, I have a good home, enough to eat etc
then I start mentally listing what I'm GRATEFUL for. ❤🙏🇱🇷🌍
That’s awesome
being happy that other people suffer in other places in world...yeah that's a great place to start positivity
comparing ourselves to others is the way to go
it makes sense to me that you think like that, but doesn't it feel selfish or at least very oblivious to do so? Because many people are suffering so much right now. It makes me think, is there something I could do about it? You could have an impulsive thought and say "no, if you live miles away and you're no one important or anything, there's nothing you can do about war and human trafficking" but... is that really true?
I think that something I would really like to do and take as a mission is to spread awareness to people (through art because that's what I love the most, but I like educating arts especially, not oblivious), like helping people calmly learn about the world without jumping to conclusions like "oh those people are the enemy!! evil!!" and see that there are two sides in a war, or like learning how human trafficking works (which even I don't know very well right now), how wrong it is, how to detect it and what we could do to avoid that from happening to us or to others, be it close or far from us. The importance of education, schools, and learning the history of the world and all humans.
Having knowledge, being aware and not being easily manipulated are, to me, some of the most important things to have in this world. To know what's going on and to have a critical mind. It doesn't mean to be consumed with negativism, because only through working out those things you can make a safer country to live in, and secure more rights to people, things like that. If you're oblivious and happy, you can be easily manipulated by any politician later when it comes the time to vote and determine the route of your country and maybe you'll vote on some ass that will do more harm than good. Positivity doesn't have to be like that. To me, the positivity I aim to have is, yes, gratitude for what we have now, but also the hope for a better future, that needs to be sought after. And to seek after that, you can't be that oblivious.

@@miladbarikani3591 It's called GRATITUDE. It means you are GRATEFUL for what you have.
It does NOT mean you DON'T

It means you are NOT COMPLAINING or feeling ENTITLED
& NARCISSISTICLY SELF FOCUSED

to CHANGE it. ❤️🙏🇱🇷🌍

A thought is always followed by a feeling. So protect your thoughts
This is Buddhism pretty much in a nutshell. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. All we can do is not suffer, but we will always have pain/hardship. But how you react and what you think about it is up to you.
Hello friends..Tony you are here for a reason that's for sure..I .. say we.. are particle of God sent here as an extention of him as of service..to be kind ..to help..to be happy etc..especially to love..thanks Tony..I feel you..Great energy much love 🤟💪💸

I needed this for the last 4 years.🔑
Life is too short to suffer. We have to…MAKE THE DECISION…In support and defense if ourselves….to dismiss suffering. Replace it with gratitude. Change our focus…

It’s called emotional resilience, and that’s what you see in the superhero movies, where they don’t seem to be affected by all of the stress and tragedy they just encountered.
Somethings you see in people who might’ve encountered wars, and then come to our country, and they seem like the most joyful people.
It does take practice because most of us haven’t learned to let go of the stress, unless we see it awesome example of someone else, or from the words of a coach.
I've learned SO much from this fabulous Earth Angel. This concept works for me 95% of the time ~ among my best tools! While I am a peacemonger, Mindfulness is now double-holstered where I unceremoniously 'shoot down' nasty thoughts much like them varmints that irk Yosemite Sam! ;-)

I totally agree with Tony! I've been using phrases to question myself: Do I really have to feel this way? I'm being pressured to move out of my apt and have nowhere to go, with apartments are 3x what I can afford and I'm in a very bad financial position. But I'm going to hear free music tomorrow with some other people, which is very good for me.

Oh Tony, I wish I could do this. I just lost my dad. I’ve lived with him for 23 years. He sold his business when he was 91. Faye Phillips broke his hip, and we’ve been codependent ever cents so I have had a pretty easy go of it until now because I don’t know what to do with my life and I’m scared. He left me a big house. I have talents many of them, but I don’t know how to implement them. I want to keep this beautiful home that we grew up in but don’t know if I can keep up the payments and fix it as it used to be when mom was alive! so many questions with no support I really did help badly. I am in dire need! I was a TV producer in DC for 12 years interviewing everybody from Reagan and Nixon etc. when my mom got sick I came home sick care of her and then I stayed afterwards to be with daddy so I haven’t worked since then really except for the philanthropic work. Everyone thinks I should write a book which I want to do and it started but that can’t make me money enough to live on. I just need help to live out the rest of my life Happily. I’ve been engaged, but never married lost a child and my dogs are my babies. Please help me.
Consider selling your house and living in south east Asia . If you don’t blow the money on drinking and drugs / women you can stretch it far .
