I also get seasonal depression and my bf just broke up with me a couple days ago so now I’m just having bubble baths every night and smoking weed. Hope you feel better, life may seem shitty now but it gets better especially if you surround yourself with people who care about you ✌🏼

I think people expect there to be more to your makeup looks because a big part of the reason they always look great is because you’re pretty without makeup. I highly highly recommend to be careful with St. Johns wort since it's well-documented to interact with other meds, including birth control, which i think is sometimes not told when people buy it.
