The artisans don't understand that when they dont become greedy they will get more jobs from you and you could end up giving them something out of your own, which you don't have to.
I solved this by doing detailed text message with price and work and ones confirmed the job can begin. Also I only deposit money to them on the day they are ready to start on site and I do 3 instalments which I always make sure they do more work than I owe them, because they have schooled me to many times 😅 I do provide food and water for all my artisans

Exactly! They focus on the “now” vs building a long term partnership. I see that mindset a lot when I encourage them to invest some of the money they earn in tools or equipment that can make their work safer, easier and more efficient. Their response is always “the money doesn’t reach them”

Hi Sir, can I ask a question? What do you do in the USA to be able to build such a beautiful house?

Thank you so much for your kind words! I work as an accountant here in the U.S. and have always been focused on saving and planning carefully for this project. It’s been a dream of mine to build this home, and I’m glad it’s coming to life. With hard work, determination, and financial discipline, anything is possible!
