Well lance did save kitty from a falling statue sure he and the rest of the brotherhood caused the incident but how many times has quicksilver never been there for wanda.
I think the line was supposed to be something romantic and Pietro and Wanda are brother and sister not boyfriend and girlfriend you could do Lance saving Kitty
