But when I started to listen to your videos before going to sleep my mom was really surprised that I was sleepy after listening to your ASMR for a couple of minutes. I started to sleep while listening to it and waking up in the morning and the video was still going. I've been sleeping a lot better with listening to it. I've seen a lot of ASMR videos that use soap, slime, shaving cream or other wet and crinkly sounds and I find that they are painful - those videos that say deep ear sounds are just too sharp (no shade to those who like it). Somehow you use similar sounds, have an *intense* impact, but the noises are just blunted enough to not stab. HOW DO YOU DO THAT? (

Hi Zeitgeist ! I'm an over thinker and I tempt to have some sleep troubles because of that. But when I started to listen to your videos before going to sleep my mom was really surprised that I was sleepy after listening to your ASMR for a couple of minutes. I started to sleep while listening to it and waking up in the morning and the video was still going. I've been sleeping a lot better with listening to it. Thank you for your professional content that helps a lot of people that are in the same situation or have some other troubles. Really, thanks a lot for you're amazing!

I've seen a lot of ASMR videos that use soap, slime, shaving cream or other wet and crinkly sounds and I find that they are painful - those videos that say deep ear sounds are just too sharp (no shade to those who like it). Somehow you use similar sounds, have an *intense* impact, but the noises are just blunted enough to not stab. HOW DO YOU DO THAT? (

Was looking at picture ideas. I love silver! The name itself "S i l v e r " sounds soothing and soft. I think there is silver lightings too that can help with the background. I meant to reply back with these details much sooner. Lorazepam 1mg take up to 2 times daily as needed for anxiety. It works as I feel good just tired. Thanks to this medicine I feek ok.
