Same. Ex wanted 100% of the assets, 0% of the debt, and 60% of my monthly pay. They can ask for whatever they want but it shows you what it is like to marry a "nice girl". Don't know them until you divorce them. FYI, she cheated, not me. I left because of that.

For my personal experience, how quickly and nastily it all explodes . I got the Police called on me by ex. as she made out her life was in danger . This after phoning me to come back to the house ( when I was planning to spend the weekend with my father at his house ) . She must have been drinking , so when I came home she was upstairs . I went upstairs to get a book to read to read , She was on the phone and I thought she was on the phone to the Samaritans !! - Turned out it was the Police !! - I did zero to cause this . Police arrived - it was not pleasant, but she was taken to her sister's to sleep off the booze by the Police . Agree that you should fight all the way , or you will have huge regret. My one HUGE piece of advice , stay off the booze ( alcohol ) during the divorce as you are able to make clearer decisions - and save , save if you possibly can .

Nearly 50% of guys said that they were surprised that their spouse played to some low tactics. It's completely unpredictable also because something I didn't say is how my second spouse, she let her first husband off the hook and he was paying very little in child support because as she put it she just wanted to get it done with. She was trying to get me to pay more than him.
