I've come across an interview with you on the IFG channel from a year ago, where you mentioned that there was a timespan when you read lots of books. I'm currently reading a few books as well -such as "Mindset", "Willpower", and the likes-, but with so many other choices I'm not sure which books to pick next.
Could you recommend us your top 10 or top 5 must read books, especially for entrepreneurs?

What about the financing aspect? Is it 100%free of Riba(interest)? If not why calling it halal? Please don’t
Tell it’s halal if the interest doesn’t exceed a certain percentage. It may be certified by some “Ulama” but don’t adjust the ruling of God to our desires.

Don't you think this will create too much competition and harm you as well because they might get themselves some property deals that you could have gotten for yourself!

1. We are all on the same team, all operating under one brand
2. Nobody can take the Rizq that is meant for me and i can’t take someone else’s rizq :)
3. By collaborating we actually get more deals
it is not halal if you're scamming Muslims with £10,000 weekend course when the information is publicly available on property forums.
All that money you supposedly make and you cant even just got outside catering to make lunch for you. Do you know Morrisons do a veggie sandwich platter you can just buy? It is probably cheaper for you to just buy platters and give your "partners" you time imparting your "knowledge" than making sandwiches in the kitchen.
You can also hire a chef for the day.

Also it’s too easy to get external catering. Nothing beats making food for your partners with your own hands. Just like family. I doubt you’ll understand.
@@TanimZamanOfficialwhy do you keep calling them partners? Are they partners or paying customers. Partners are co-owners of the same business. Or seperate companies doing a JV together. You do £10K courses dont you? I know someone whose gone into big financial trouble doing your course.

I tell people if you want to get into property. Work in a professional lettings agent for a while and know the trade from the inside. Don't pay someone £10K for a weekend/week long course.
You are charging people to attend these retreat aren't you? You're supposed to be the brains of this bnusiness. It's not good value for money for paying customers to go to a retreat and have the brains of the organisation doing catering. LOL
ergo. they didnt pay you for your food, their paid you for your knowledge on property.
He does make a point, you prepping the food when you can get an outside caterer
