A lot depends on the season and your network from my experience. On the low end for a long term villa 3 bedroom with pool you can start at $1700 and more than likely electricity not included. On average id say expect $2100 for everything except electric. Lots of amenities and I've walked around at all hours of tge night inside and outside of the complex to workout or pick up something from the grocery store down the street.
