I really like vina tbh. Her animation, sound effects, design and game play is perfect. She’s also a balance unit because her total damage is around 50k damage might not so high compare to other boss killer( around 100k total damage) but It almost guarantee 50k total damage. Plus vina’s 3rd skill don’t require any special conditions or bring funny drawbacks to deal true damage
Some people may be disappointed with the rather low damage compared to some of the recent ops who can blow up bosses super fast but I really like how this is a non-conditional true damage you can buff which makes it a very scary skill by design. Regardless of whatever defensive gimmick they throw on the boss, unless its max HP goes above a certain point, Vina will pretty much just check if you have enough Max hp or not. If you don't, you will die in 1 S3 cycle. You can have 10000 def, 90 res and 90% damage reduction but if your HP isn't 200k or something, you will die. I will like having her just to delete bosses in IS if I manage to pick up any ASPD items.
Feels like they still holding back with true damage even in 2024. Her long skill downtime (50s at m3) along with rather short skill (it can be good if preparing for next elite wave but longer skill duration that can be manually deactivate will be much better), and she also have 1 block during that long downtime. She also need 15s when helidropped at m3 (reduced to 10s with tremble for 5s to increase her survivability when helidropped) which still bit too long that need a dedicated healer to make sure she doesnt get killed before she activate her skill
You're effectively just listing why she isn't meta or game breaking. She's plenty good as is and I think the game needs a break from powercreep anyways.
The amount of true damage she is capable of is honestly scary, and the fact she gets stronger with allies surrounding her is crazy with the fact her skill 3 feeds her own talent Can't wait for my queen to come home Side note: Could you drop what her potentials are in a comment? I normally hit up gamepress but they are still doing their remodel so they haven't been updating new operators for awhile
P2 - DP -1 P3 - 2nd talent: When causing damage to each enemy for the first time, make it tremble for 5 (+1) seconds. P4- Atk +28 P5 - 1st talent: The physical damage suffered by yourself and the surrounding 8 friendly units is reduced by 22% (+2%), and each friendly unit in this range makes Vina's attack power +6% (+1%). Hi! Let me give you an actual explanation. If you go to the intermezzi page at the bottom of your terminal, you should look for the Stultifera Navis event. Try to do as many stages from this event as you can. In some days from now, there will be "record restoration" for stultifera navis. When that happens, you will get a small orange blinking notification that tells you to ho claim the rewards and one of the rewards will be lumen. Hope i helped!
@@bluerendar2194 I doubt it will remain that way forever. With them ramping up Elem damage being released through new characters and modules, I think we can expect to see Elem Resistance being raised soon when Elem damage become accessible enough to the general players without relying on very specific 6* including a limited one.
@@Zeitzbach Thing is, ele dmg is currently balanced around it being effectively true damage - see Nymph S3 numbers for example. Well, not that it'd stop them for sure, but it'd instantly RIP a number of elemental operators.

Does her talent 2 stack with shelter?
Is that a hoederer skin? Where is it from?

you can get him now
So she powercreep NTR but still bad, art guard but rely solely on true damage? Wtf is this? This is like we're getting a half baked Vina!
NTR alter
They did her extremely dirty and now she's just NTR powercreep but still bad by today standarts lmao
NTR S3 only, NTR S2 is main use case these days anyways :P
Also why bother with true dmg if elemental damage is true damage anyways
