this is crazy! My family and I were on this boat, I remember hearing the announcement about the missing person and wondering if i was dreaming it!!! This is wild!
At about 2 o’clock in the morning I must’ve fallen asleep and I could’ve swore they came back on and said we found her, hung up and then came back on and said she’s alive! and hung up but that had to been a dream😂
We had a power outage on Venezia in December of 2023 One of the newest ships.
On The Legend I had strange loud noises they gave me cruise credit. I was never in the room . I didn't even report it I think my room steward did .

There was a missing guy on our last morning on the cruise, however they found him in the wrong bed.... needless to say his wife and young daughter were livid. Carnival Mardi Gras last week.
Oh my!!! I would have loved to hear the excuse he gave. 😆 “I swear, I thought it was our cabin, Honey!” Thanks for sharing.
My sister and I was on a four-day cruise with Carnival, I can't remember the name of the ship. At that time, we were both in our sixties, anyway our AC was not working properly, our room was very warm. They would come in used an infer ray temperature gun. They would put it right up to the AC vent called again and same thing even though we told him not to put right up to vent, played the language barrier card, and tried to get moved was told it was a full ship and we just gave up. My sister has had two heart attacks and cannot take warmer temperatures when sleeping. I woke up the next morning and found her sleeping out on the deck sleeping on a lounge chair. She was Platinum and I was Gold but our cruising with Carnival has come to an end, thank goodness. She could have been the next person being air-evac off, they could have killed her. I wish we would have not been faithful to Carnival as long as we had. We have sailed with several other cruise lines and have enjoyed it immensely. Thank you, Barb, for wanting to hear other people's woes lol

Are you cruising any other lines now? I’m trying to make my rounds but I must admit due to my status. I typically stay with Royal. I do want to get back on Celebrity because it’s been so long and their new ships look absolutely beautiful, I know people that just swear by carnival, maybe it needs to be a newer ship? I wish you both the best and maybe we’ll sail together someday! Glad to have you around the channel. 🩵
We were on the cruise before you guys (Feb 26th) and the same thing happened to us. Same message came through the ceiling lol. We ended up drifting for a few hours, had a medical evac, and were delayed coming back by a whole day. This ship is being dry docked as of this week, so hopefully they fix the issues.
WOW! That is crazy. I have never had so many things happen all on the same cruise. Now, I wouldn't mind coming back a day late depending on the situation. I hope they get everything fixed, she is a nice ship. My next trip is Royal, hoping that goes a little better. haha. Thanks for letting me know.

I was on this cruise. Didnt know about the broken doors or the family that missed the boat. We also played that bingo game! Haha..that was a mess. This was my second cruise. We cruised on Royal Carribean Oasis class, last year. We didnt care much for our Carnival cruise.
I was surprised at how fast they had that glass cleaned up and that window replaced. This was my first carnival cruise since the mid 90s I do typically cruise with Royal Caribbean. I 💙Oasis class, my favorite.
My first cruise, 2 hurricanes 21 foot seas, 2 air lifts back down to st. Thomas cause someone had a heart attack once we left tortilla and they had no passport to fly back from British V.I. my first was on the carnival legend in 2005 and we also got back in a day late. Was still a great cruise.

I encourage every cruiser to get a passport, it's extremely necessary. People take too many chances by not having one

We went out of Baltimore to Nassau, Princess Cay and Freeport.
It was not a child at Bingo, it was the only grownup

I cruised Carnival twice last year and three times this year. I never witnessed a fight or arguement. I've already booked two cruises for next year. I've cruised three other lines and I still love carnival hands down
