Urgent!
Device: Samsung Galaxy M31s
Problem: After long pressing the Side & Volume down key phone is showing the 'Samsung' with vibration & after that 'Samsung Model number' with 'Knox Version' but after that screen getting off!
'Calls are comings' as phone is ringing, button press 'touch sounds' are audible but 'no screen display!'
Main display screen having menu, apps, time, wallpaper as it was appearing earlier, is not coming!
Done clear cache partition, repair apps & reboot back into android. But still main display screen is now coming as it normally do.
Please tell the reason & the solution. 🙏🏻
