Hello Terry,That basement is the reason you are the best.So many explorer i watch whould not have put that much effort into showing us that room to us.I absolutely love that front door and trim. Can't wait for the next videos💗
A few thoughts: 1. The LAST thing that basement needs is a moisture-maker humidifier. 2. A window above a door is called a transom window. 3. You figured out that the sealed door in the kitchen leads up to the secret room, those would be servant's stairs and quarters. Most servant's stairs were steeper and/or narrower than a standard staircase which means they are not up to current Ontario building code and must either be sealed up or removed before the building can pass inspection. 4. The bricked up spot in the basement might have been stairs going outside, but was probably a coal chute. Either way, it would have been bricked up and filled in when the garage was added.
The sealed room looked empty, but it's what's beyond the door at the other end that is eating at me. I would have given money to have been able to have been there with a crowbar! What a strange and creepy house, but it made for an awesome explore. Will be looking forward to the next. Until then stay safe and God bless. Steve in Oklahoma
I couldn't help but notice that when you got upstairs and you were in a bedroom you said oh I don't know how you get in there that was the door that you could not get into at the beginning where you said it was locked when it really wasn't is because you didn't have a door knob on it and something to pry it open but that was on the main floor. That's how you get in there. It's another set of stairs to go up there Yes the cabinet was for keys but they probably just repurposed the cabinet and the floorboard upstairs. Yes was probably a secret thing cuz years ago things that were valuable were usually put into floorboards In the basement that's a rotted water tank and I wouldn't have even went down there only for the simple reason. It actually looks like blood in the water. I guess it's maybe your camera but yuck😂😂
Hey Terry, you took 10 years off my life when you almost fell upstairs! Please don't go to these places alone! Your safety is more important than our entertainment.🧡🏚🏘
Props to you for going inside an old creepy house. It’s a good explore, glad you’re ok

Hi Terry, I guess the last people that lived there lived bright colored rooms.
I wonder if it was that locked door that would have let you get to the other side
This place was a strange one! What was this place? It seems strange that was a home with those sealed off rooms! A little scary!
