Using a qtip really makes a visible difference. The pores look just as clean as they do with other tools. Usually people look WORSE after they leave a skin extraction than they did when they walked in, but your patients look immediately better. This is so impressive!

If you mean those Vietnamese “spas” they aren’t dermatologists. A dermatologist who is an actual dr would never tear the skin up like they do. They make the acne worse because they are dirty and can’t just squeeze, they constantly cut and prick.

I watch every professional dermatology video I can find on RUclips. Even with so few available videos now, I'm ready to say that your personality, professionalism, variety of procedures, and methods are among my favorites. So enjoyable to watch, and I find myself thinking things like, "Oh! I want dermaplaning!"
Please continue your efforts to make more videos. You'll be amazed in the built-in audience just waiting for content like this. Best of luck.

@@stagename1031 My dear, I was very sorry when Daryl passed away, please do not misunderstand me. But we have ro be honest, after we pass away only a dead body remains, and only for short time, destinated to dissolve including his face. Daryl was always happy to donate his extractions to us by youtube for our happyness, his monumental production of blackheads (managing etnic skin, seven volumes) will remain to us thanks to Enilsa but a face transplant would have allowed to continue to get additional gifts by him even after his leaving. It would have been an act of love and respect for him and for the millions of followers like me that have enjoyed to see all the filaments and fat extracted from his face, and of course also an act of love for an unfortunate guy that pharaps had severe burn or cancer on his face. I’m guessing with darker skin it is more visible, particularly as steroids used to treat ezcema slightly bleach the skin in addition to scarring from bad ezcema.
