He specifically pointed out in that show, that his works are just chocolate, no tricks, no wire, no foam. It blows my mind how a huge piece like this stands on its own and doesn't crumble. These chocolate masterpieces are works of art in many ways. Making the chocolate, sculpting and painting, and a bit of applied science. Amazing.

Usually all his works have a gimmick. Like an actual spinning ferris wheel. All extremely life like. In this case, the things actually life sized. Such a creative mind with actual skills to back it up. Rare breed.
