Yeah that is true, but i would imagine people would not donate more than the required amount for the clip they want to show to be over. If you look closely you can see that the money is reduced by 0.33 dollars each second the clip goes on, so based on that he'll earn 1.188 dollars each hour. Sorry if what i write doesn't make a lot of sense, but my first language is not english :)
