Excellent improvisation and superb timing I usually add in a few octaves like George Benson works a treat.

Morning coffee once again with your Vids. I was surfing through your compilations and found “Sunny”. If I might ask, how does an old self taught player like myself learn scales such as what you demonstrate so precisely to help me improve on the neck?
I never learned to read music but I can usually catch a melody line quickly by ear and improvise. My problem is I tend to run out of ideas and my phrasing seems to become too obvious. Judging from what I have already seen of your work I’m sure time to answer questions like mine may be irrelevant. Should you find a moment I would appreciate any suggestion you might have. Peace

Hi and thanks! It's not matter of time, it's really hard to describe with few words somebody's playing, especially with my very limited English:-). What I am mostly thinking when I am building my phrases is to have chord tones on the beat and lines which lead to it. Take I VI II V progression , put a chord tone( different than 1st degree, will sound better) and than put lines in between which lead to the chord tones. I don't know if that make sense, explained like that, sorry! Regards!

@@NikolayKarageorgiev wow, nice! You can check the serial number. All my guitars are at least second hand, nothing wrong with that at all.👍
