Watching sprinters always amazes me. I don't know enough about the sport to even use the correct phrases to describe it....but their body mechanics is just phenomenal!!! It's like their heels never touch the ground...they're running at speeds that seem impossible to me for human beings to achieve and they make it look effortless!!!

in my point of view, he did cut in and run the curve on lane 1. the first curve ends at 5:13 where the blue suit guys are at. then he smoothly cuts in till the second curve (I think the curve starts at 5:23).

Taylor ran the cut-over perfectly. You should never cut in early from the outside lanes because that adds to the overall distance run. Basic geometry. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. He's supposed to run a straight line from his lane directly to lane 1 as it starts at the corner. In other 4x4's I've seen immediate cut-overs and it shows a lack of coaching or understanding of distance.

The American team won and maintained a time of kess than 2.56 minutes. The individual 1500 meters is 3.46 minutes. Individually 400 meter runner c8mlete it in 43.6 and multiplying it by four we would get 218 seconds or 3 minutes and 38 seconds.

Can Russia do anything without cheating... that runner fell on purpose trying to collect a body.. who falls and starts rolling on to the middle of the track. He was trying to take out the runner from the Bahamas.. any runner knows if you pass the baton you don’t want to fall or roll toward the center of the track also there was no reason for the fall aside from him just wanting to lay down

He’s at a natural disadvantage because he’s so tall, getting up to speed from a block start takes more out of him which is why he was such a reliable relay runner. He could more easily conserve all that speed and power for the end. Delivered several clutch medals for Team GB, and this split was actually the fastest he ever ran (43.7)
