It's a good phone until the need for a service comes, I'm writing this comment from the same model Honor 200 which had a physical damage after 2 week of purchase in which the back camera glass got damaged. Now its been more than 2 months, still I didn't get assistance or service option from their authorised service centres. I clearly analysed about their service centres from their official website before purchasing and now I clearly feel it as a scam. The so called authorised service centre in mangalore, where I went with the phone soon after the issue, asked me to pay 500 first and then submit the phone till the spare part reaches, and the funny part is they even don't have an idea about will they get the spare part or not, later when I questioned them further they've changed their word by saying we didn't do the service of a honor phone before. And after that I contacted the Bangalore service centre, and they're also raising the same issue, "spare part not available". It's a fact that Honor doesn't even have a costumer care no. in India, which I got to knw by my experience. The summary which Iam writing by my experience is " Honor service in India is a scam! "
At 25k this phone is ahead of it's time because in upcoming days we will see more phones with micro quad curve display(floating display), silicon carbon battery. Honor ❤️
