Man the lyrics "when the blazing sun is gone" normally means that it's night, but in space there's no "night". When the sun is gone, a star is no more and with the rest of the setting, that is quite unsettling

-No one knows who created markers, but it's surely not Brother Moons cause you can't build something more complex than you, while Brother Moon's nothing more than just a fingers of something more big and terrifying, it always make you ask questions in head that will never get answer. -Before DS3 was feeling of unknown, who staying behind markers? Is it was main purpose,or program bug, corruption by virus or something more terrifying than just gigantic jellyfish in DS3, it was some kind of quiet invisible fear inside Ishimura, something that corrupted ship and planet on all levels. -Sousless and always hungry corporations that will never stop using humans as resources to their goals, making more suffering in some situations than necro-infection. -Resourse and energy humanity hunger that will be always with our species, it was on all stages of our civilization and always will be. Someone may scared by necromorphs, but Dead Space has many factors that as i think can make H.P.Lovecraft smile with tear and ant the same time make him feel unwritable fear, more than just from sushi.

hi from the future just few hours before the remake, i wonder if this song is here!
Whilst everyone finds this creepy I don't however it gives me the vibe of something horrifying posing as a beacon of hope that will lure you into your demise. A false hope.
When I heard this in the Remake for the first time, my reaction was "Well... that's not creepy at all, and there goes my good night sleeps."
They made another Dead Space game.. they made us whole again, Isaac
I always imagined that the marker was fucking Issac at this point of the game when the song came, like it was his mother singing this to him when he was a child or that hewas scared this is his mother songing to him.
This is BEAUTIFUL 💜🖤⭐💔
I dont know dude
This is so relaxing, but also dark at the same time
I just like her voice for some reason
Yeah the singer has a soothing voice.
goosebumps every time! Reminds me of Space Mountain during Halloween when they switch over to the alien that stalks you. Can you imagine being on that dark coaster, a CGI alien popping out randomly and this song playing the background???
"....Isaac, this is a bad idea."
“Well, I’m out of good ideas, only bad ones left.”
"Well, stick around. I'm full of bad Ideas."
Isaac Clarke
Dead Space 2
It still give me chills, despite i'm an adult now
In Dead Space Downfall, this song became Alissa Vincent's death song. And in Dead Space Aftermath, this was Vivian's favorite song to sing.
I kinda love it her voice is creepy and prettty actually :D
When shit gets wack playing eternum
will you help us
Will you help us?
Will you help us?
*Imagine........*
*you are completely alone in an old damaged and creppy sinister abandoned building, (it can be any type of building a insane asylum, haunted house,or even a factory famous for its unsolved murders) its past midnight and the air around you is freezing cold almost as cold as the icy grip of death itself the coldness is the only thing reminding you that you're still alive when suddenly of nowhere for no reason this song starts playing its echo sounding like its coming from all angles haunting you down to your very core making you feel like something or something is watching you. as you continue to explore the abaonded building with skeletons in various stages of decay, human and animal bones, massive cobwebs dotted across the floors and strange redish brown spatters across the walls the spatters almost remind you of blood and decaying smell in the air as if a grosome crime took place you hope that they're fake .... that they not real, when the words 'when the blazing sun is gone' ( **0:32** ) without warning all the lights shut off leaving you completely venerable in pitch black with the only thing your sences can pick up is this song still playing its haunting voice and melody. you're only company as you nervousy and aimlessly stuble in the dark hoping to find a away out than when the words 'than you show you're little light' ( **0:41** ) at the end of the building a unexpectedly eerie coloured light behind a door suddenly turns almost beckoning you to walk over and open the door hoping that this door will either lead you to safty or to an exit you walk towards the door the song still playing as if you are the traveler in the dark and just as you reach the handle you wonder who or what is the star and where are they leading you and as you own the door something grabs you and than everything gose silent.*
dude you just gave me chills
anyone else think "The traveler in the dark" is Issac Clarke?
It’s the Necromorphs. The universe is dark and empty. Then we shined a light out into the dark void and they saw us.
Ok, Do you really think Commenting on a 10 year old Comment was necessary?
@@latrodectusmactans7592 that actually a pretty good analogy
@@latrodectusmactans7592 so its a song for the necromorphs?
ITS COMING BACK!!!
when i came upon the song in the game for the 1st time.
i shat bricks for a full minute o.o

All love to Caribdis for making this Lovley Song to Idriels Themesong ❣
This cover art is so sick
Imagine if they made a dead space game into SAO world, without the log out button. We would be 100% screwed for real in that ship😳
Meanwhile me a seasoned Dead Space Player: Begins to prepare accordingly against each Necromorph type and fully upgrades RIG and Weapons, also stocks up on Med Packs, Stasis Packs, and Ammo just in case.
One of the developers, a designer as I remember.
Вспомнил детство 6 лет я играл плетчиком представляйа плазменный резак
I know its supposed to be a horror them but this made me fall asleep peacefully and calm
“What you are” the way her voice shakes gives me goosebumps

You could think that the one going after the star IS Isaak, and the little star is Nicole..

there's something strangely beautiful in this track, after you listen it for a while you starts to notice that the creepy vibes are just a little part of it. There's much emotion, sadness and calm

No body can here your screams in space
Little Star reaction:
Normal people: Good night Mummy! Good night Daddy! I love you❤
Gamers: Oh, FUCK! NO! GOD PLEASE! NO!
When I listen to this music, I imagine whatever is in front of me is cowering in fear, because I am walking at them with this music playing because I I am not stuck in there with a bunch of creatures. They are stuck in there with me.
This Fits with Man Of 7 Shingles Cause It's like a horror game kinda
Pov:your losing your mind slowly
i love this
It's like being trapped in a underground facility in total darkness
i don't really like how this was posted 1 day before my birthday.
That's the cosmic indifference toward your existential alienation mocking and taunting your primitive, mortal beliefs in that you and your species actually matter in the grand scheme of things.
In context this is the scariest song I know.
Imagine being in space alone listening this
до сих пор мурашки от этой песни 💀
