  • Communication in Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board. DC Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board Course - Repair / Function / Troubleshooting - Part 4. in this video i discussed communication in inverter board of inverter air conditioner. communication is a exchange of data between indoor unit and outdoor units of dc inverter air conditioner, line neutral and earthing wire is connected to indoor and outdoor units and the fourth communication wire is used for sending serial data at a specific rate. it is basically a coded signal which is transmitted from a unit to the other unit. the receiving unit decodes the signal and implements the instructions asked by indoor unit. when any information for any failure is sent by outdoor unit, the indoor unit receives the signal and decodes it and displays on the display.     DC Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board Course Repair / Function / Troubleshooting - Part 1. in this part i discussed the components in EMI Electromagnetic Induction / RFI Radio frequency interference. it contains fuse for current protection, first stage filter for high frequency harmonics, mov metal oxide varistor for high voltage protection, surge arrester for lightening arrester. then we have PTC for positive temperature co-efficient to protect over current surges. then there is a a bypass relay to operate the circuit in normal mode. in any conditions the microcontroller turns off the bypass relay and the circuit load is transferred to PTC for more protection
