This is an absolute masterpiece. The final thing I needed to hear. I've spent the last 9 years building a shell around myself to feel content in, hiding because I fell victim to a nasty crime. I'll be listening to this every day now as a daily reminder as what my worst fear is. Dying with potential that never saw the light. I'll go get a job again to get my mind out of the slumps and hop back into training marital arts seriously. I've been pulling my punches for nearly a decade now, always with my fists in their sheaths. It's been long enough, the road to making a name out of myself starts today. @bhargavastra. sure I can give you an update on progress. If I'm not mistaken, 3 months ago was when I first started taking my time on the treadmill seriously. Let me try and look into messages with a friend to see if I can find what my weight was 3 months ago as I don't do progress photos, stamps, or any of the sort.

I’ve lost so many people in life but the one thing I lost in 2021 was myself. Nothing hurts more than losing yourself in the process. This whole year I spent improving myself. Double majors completed, lost 50lbs, went to gym daily no rest days and it’s going to continue onwards
