Ice Fishing Big Suspended Crappie

Insane after dark crappie fishing in Ottertail County, Minnesota with Tony Mariotti. Filmed mid March of 2020, we are seeing some of the best ice conditions of the entire winter. With so many people not working because of the Corona Virus Epidemic, many people have time to fish and this late ice period is some of the best fishing of the winter.
Classic basin crappie pattern where the bite turns on after dark. One/ two punch jigging aggressive oversized lures in conjunction with dead sticks.

Go to lake mentoga in crandon Wisconsin they’re big walleyes in that lake but it is a hard lake to fish but do it right you will get a big big fish

24 feet, fish were anywhere from 5-15 feet off the bottom.

Jet Lee we didn’t keep any that night but they are a great meal
